Some fan without a pass complaining non-stop on twitter that she didn't get to met Adam in the lobby. Shaking my head.

Maybe I'm dense or something but why didn't they play BTIKM or any other song BY ADAM instead of this who-knows & who-cares who the artist is?? It's ADAM's promo for his music ... that's dumb .. IMO

Adam brought us his sunshine, something very rare this past spring in Seattle. Adam's interview was refreshing, affirming once again what a spectacularly talented gentleman he is. Couldn't get to the KISS station, but just knowing I breathed the same oxygen
in the vicinity of Adam is a joyous enough occasion for celebration.
Just before his interview came on the air, without knowing what time or day Adam was scheduled to appear at a radio station, I instinctively tuned within ten minutes to hear ADAM! Happy serendipity! Adam's sweet voice appears on a radio I seldom listened to.
The universe is kind to Adam, and as an astute fan shared in her discovery, this must be Adam's year because his birthdate says so: 1 + 29 + 1982 = 2012! Uncanny coincidence or the forces aligning to fulfill prophecy? With Adam's life journey, I wouldn't be surprised if this was his breakout year, just as another prophecy came true when Adam gazing skyward, said wistfully: "I will find my love; he will ride on a Viking ship, under the northern lights in the Arctic Circle". A year or so later, Adam meets Sauli, who had worked with the Viking cruise lines, in Finland, one of the northernmost countries that get to see the Aurora Borealis lights.
There are too many moments in Adam's life that suggests a purpose in its design. Not that each of ours hasn't been, but when you are meant to shine brightly, through your own focused efforts or just chosen, your imprint on this life is necessarily deep and wide. The confluence of an extraordinarily gifted voice, compassion, courage, and fortitude makes us pay attention to Adam with great fervor, the physical beauty an added bonus for good measure by a Creator in good humor. It is taking all this and more (a fortuitous birthdate) to make us pay attention to the lesson this man's example is teaching us, enlightening the ignorant, and rewarding the already enlightened. Adam is an agent for many things, but most of all for making us better people by his wonderful and uplifting talents and his example of taking pride in oneself as you were meant to be. This is not to suggest that I believe a deity walks among us; I just believe some of us have a specific purpose above and beyond our mortal existence. Adam's life is imbued with a special track, a figurative shaking us to our senses about what damage we do to one another when we deny to others what we cherish for ourselves: freedom to be ourselves as we were meant to be. I have every faith that Adam has a purpose beyond giving us the joy of song, and that is the shining light of knowledge of ourselves. And all Adam has to do is be his true self. "To thine own self be true" did not mean to be what others want you to be. Adam has shown us the courage to be himself. A strange truth about our bodies is that where the bone is broken and the flesh cut, the site of healing is the strongest. In the same way, an excoriated Adam is all the stronger, a beacon for those who are finding the courage to forge forward with declaring their freedom from their closeted, or timid, or depressed states. If ever a hero was needed in these times of cultural turmoil, Adam emerges, and we should applaud Adam for holding up a mirror to ourselves to see ourselves as we wouldn't like to be, or the better our nature could be--the hidden message behind Trespassing. As Adam would say, "Peace out", agree with this or not. Hope you do.
