I thought Adam and the band were in Hoimdel, NJ. AT THE pnc Bank Center? Says New York at a radio station. Maybe they droped buy before the concert in NJ.

Anonymous said...

Where is his concert today?

Anonymous said...

The girl from Karmin looks like she is wearing clothes for a Trespassing gig.

Adam showin us his "collar poppin' concerned eyebrow" look @ktuphoria

RE my post @3:24PM -

False ALARM, not the "Slow Ride" pants in that pic, but new pants with "Stars and Stripes", sorry & LOL...

Just checked out the you tube video for Adam's performance in Chicago at the Allstate Arena. The sound once again was not good. Kickin'In didn't even sound anywhere near the album cut. I don't know anything about the sound process for stage concerts, but something is wrong. The bckground singers seem off or too loud and then Adam seems off key. Maybe it is the video itself and much different if you are actually there. I guess one of the reasons he is doing all these mini radio concerts is to iron out all the issues that happen during a concert once he is on his own tour some time later this year perhaps. Since Adam sings live and there is no lip synching, any problem with the sound has to be taken care of before he gets on stage. I wonder if we will get any video from the Holmdel appearance. Let's see what happens there as he performs. I don't want anything to go wrong for Adam since he is so happy with this album and ready to introduce the songs to devoted fans and also to new listeners. Even with some of these issues, he still sounds better than most of the other performers we see on stage.

ha ha the one guy looks like he is giving Adam the look and the other guy is checking out the girl. Wish I was there. I bet the band is glad they are busy once again.

ENJOY!

Anonymous said...

Thanks for informing me that 103.5 radio station is in NJ. They did make the mistake of listing it was in NY. Good job.

Anonymous said...

@4:10PM I'm sure this is just bad resolution and very lack of sound recording.Adam was very on his performance on Saturday.

Anonymous said...

don't freak out..but, I think that Adam needs to ditch the background singers..they just do not seem to enhance his performances..nothing against them..but it just seems to me, at least, that they aren't doing Adam and his vocals justice..

Anonymous said...

@4:56PM I mentioned it once. Everybody called me troll!

Anonymous said...

These two ladies don't fit whole performance. They would look very nice with gospel singer!

Anonymous said...

I like the back ground singers, it adds something different. Im sure Adam and the productors know what they are doing. Chill out.

Anonymous said...

Wow, that guy sure is checking Adam out for sure.

Anonymous said...

They backup singers sound fine when the damn audio is balanced correctly. They do not sing offkey. It's too bad these stage shows are so poorly done when it comes to the audio equipment. It has nothing to do with how the singers or the band are really sounding. We can all either like the backups or not, but their voice quality on these videos is not their fault.

Forgto to add how smokin' Adam looks in this pic!

Geez,

Why does Adam's performances have to undergo such scrutiny? He is held to such a ridiculous degree of perfection that even when the sound issues come into play, somehow they come back to Adam. He's workin' it out! These songs are still new,..there are bound to be kinks that will have to worked out! He is still 100 x's better than most people live WITH ENHANCEMENTS and backtracks!!

Enjoy the music and stop micro-critiquing!!

The b/u singers and band are great!!

Honestly!!

Anonymous said...

some girl went on stage wraped her legs around adam

Anonymous said...

Crazy, lucky bitch!!! LOL!!!

Anonymous said...

Not dissing the band, but not a fan of the extended Cuckoo with the band introduction. Also the improvisation is more suitable to a jazz festival than a radio pop concert, imo. I have nothing else to complain, except I would like to hear plugged BTIKM. Adam is a bit late singing WWFM, but it's ok, because the main audience (not hardcore fans) appreciate it. :)

Anonymous said...

Adam must not forget that the hardcore Glamberts and bandberts alone can't keep Adam on the charts. Adele went ahead.

Anonymous said...

@6:24 Adele went ahead because of the Billboard awards today, where I think she performed and of course received awards. We have to be realistic no one right now is selling albums like Adele. I think doesn't everyone in the world have her CD already. Adam is doing well and will most likely be #1 on the billboard charts this week. He is only gaining new fans with these radio concerts.

Anonymous said...

I have been reading a lot of people going to Best Buy, Target and Walmart and the CD's are sold out. I think they underestimated the number of CD's that would be in demand. They will have to restock and the sales will continue, which is what we want, good steady sales to continue. It's all good!I purchased a fourth Deluxe on AO and it is back ordered, but will count for second week sales.

Anonymous said...

I don't like Adele's music, but I think her ex boyfriend deserves to be acknoledged, because the songs are about him, aren't they?

Anonymous said...

Did I see correctly? Fetus wearing a glow-in-the-dark YELLOW T-shirt during his Billboard performance? Seriously?

Anonymous said...

Sunday evening and Adam's Trespassing Deluxe is #4 overall on ITunes

Anonymous said...

Bieber and Britney fans have been quite supportive so far, so I would be nice to them. But where are the Gaga and Katy Perry fans?

Anonymous said...

5:47 I know I know. My x neighbor was at that concert and said Adam and band were wonderful. She esp loved the B/U singers.

Anonymous said...

VH1 just said Katy copied Pink. I think Gaga and Katy have never been trendsetters anyway.

Anonymous said...

7:00 cool!! thanks for the news.

Anonymous said...

6:43 he is being acknowledged. He has some pretty good songs written about him.

Anonymous said...

I like the backup singers they add something to the group. And I agree lets just enjoy Adam. I am happy just watching and listening to Adam. Everyday I check into see what he is up to. I've heard worse sound on some of the other videos the more I see the more I want to see. The band is great and Adam is the bomb love love!!!!

Anonymous said...

I don't know any Adele fans. There's a rumour they are buying more cd's just that Adam wouldn't be #1. Do they have something against him or are they just bad losers?

Anonymous said...

8:10 who knows, who can keep track of all the rumors. I know many Adele fans, including me, and they are all happy with the success she has already obtained.

Anonymous said...

We don't know for sure who's buying Adele's albums. I'm not sure that all of this deal about Beiber's fans was truth.May be it was just fraud or joke. Don't you think that JB or Durbin's fans are buying Adele CD. Don't you think that this dwarf Bebier obssessed with Adam image lately?

Anonymous said...

Whether or not we can get Adam up to #1 on ITunes again is not the only factor. Just the fact that he IS that far up there has brought him lots of attention. As the album is relieved in waves world-wide, it will get great overall sales regardless of the ITunes total. I know ITunes is important. I get that. But overall, Trespassing will do very well.

Remember everyone this isn't a bitch fight I have Adele's CD 21 so what! I like her she is a beautiful singer BUT I love Adam he is the total package. Just because i love Adam doesn't mean I'm going to stop buying other peoples CDs. I mean I've even brought 2 of his CDs (never done that before)most of us have? So what if Adeles fans are multi buying we are??? We are supporting him the best we can I don't think he would like if we were dissing other artists and their fans. Just be happy he is as sucessful as he is....

Anonymous said...

I also think that Adam needs to find a different, smoother way to introduce the band. It has to be a smooth blend of the song and the introduction, like with IIHY. That worked really well. He'll find his groove with this as he performs more. By the time he tours, it'll all be perfectly coordinated. Been loving these videos, despite the audio problems. Thanks for posting, everyone!

8:23, yes but to an Adele fan Adele is the only #1, right?

Anonymous said...

8:32 this is not the place to bash other entertainers.JB did not have anything to do with Joshua going home last week. Let's focus on Adam, this album has a long road ahead of it.Nice and easy wins alot of races too.

Anonymous said...

DRG, I think it's fine to introduce the band when the set is much longer, but there's no point introducing them when the set is less than half an hour. Even the GNT set was quite short.

Anonymous said...

Why are Adele fans still multi buying then? They don't have to, unless they are bad losers.

Anonymous said...

Adele fans have a rule they should buy many cd's to be a good fan. They are fucking bonkers, if you ask my opinion.

Anonymous said...

why are people worried about other singers & their fans Adam always compliments all of these singers so we should to Adam is NO 1 to me he has been since I first heard him in theater he is trying very hard just be nice say nice things about him & others that is all Adam wants. He will do excellent he already has so enjoy it.

Anonymous said...

I'm just saying that I found the reason why Adele stays on the charts. She's got lunatic fans, who believe it's their duty to keep her there.

Anonymous said...

@9:42 I am sure we have been called lunatic fans too lol.Don't personally know die hard Adele fans but I myself bought her CD awhile ago and I think a lot of people like her voice. Of course radio plays her songs to death so that helps with sales.Personally Adam is the only person with the whole package for me!

Arthas said...

I just can't believe THE LOADS OF RUBBISH going on, on this thread. Assumptions, Judgements, unconfirmed rumors, lies, negativity, haterd, comparing individuals, bashing, and all that doesn't fit with Adam and his legacy.
All this going on here, while out there he's being praised and appreciated to the highest.
Take a break, feel a little bit sorry for yourselves.

Anonymous said...

just ignore our resident trouble maker. It's really, really, really, mission impossible at times I know.

Anonymous said...

Jax, you too Brutus. My point is Adele gets too much sympathy, even on this thread. Why would she deserve to be #1 more than Adam or any other?

Anonymous said...

10:12, yea it's a mission impossible to be an Adam fan here sometimes. Gaga and Adele fans boss around way too much. Just gtfo, will you.

Anonymous said...

Adele's music is timeless, appeals to people at any age and goes straight to your heart, and that is the reason for her success. I could buy and gift her music to anyone I know, even my parents and I know they would appreciate it. The target of Adam's album is a younger public with funky dance music with a lot of beat, it’s not something I would generally buy for myself, if it wasn’t for Adam. Don’t get me wrong, I think he has made an incredible album with really good hit music, but you can’t compare it to Adele really. Adam has the potential of making such a timeless album too with his voice out of this world, his magnetism, honesty and I love his lyrics too, but he chose another path. And he is doing great, isn't he!?!

Anonymous said...

I'd rather hear Adam sing without the back-up singers. It's HIS voice I want to hear. When the back-up singers sing on their own, they sing out of tune. If they sing in tune, fine but I don't think Adam needs singers who don't hit the notes correctly.

I'm NOT a troll. I'm a MASSIVE fan of Adam and his music, and I always want the very best for him.

Anonymous said...

Why is Adele being discussed on this blog which is supposed to be about all things Adam? There are plenty of other sites to talk about Adele.

Anonymous said...

When Adam records in the studio, they make many tracks of him harmonizing with himself. Well you can't do that in a live performance, so to make the song sound as much like the cd as possible you need backup singers.

Is that so hard to understand? Geez, quit crabbing. Perhaps you would prefer Adam just lip sync to his tracks the way so many "stars" do, because the sad truth is, they need all the sound booth help they can get to sound decent.

Lay off the background singers, they were his new musical directors and Adams idea. And they have sung back up for some pretty great singers. If they sound too loud, it's the sound systems fault. Quit being so damn critical, these "shows" we are being lucky enough to get to see are not done under perfect stage circumstances. Be grateful we can see and hear them at all.

Adam can actually sing live! Surprise, surprise.

The band has a good look now, cool and funky (suits the songs). I still think Tommy is the weakest link, Adam's music needs a kick ass guitarist. Tommy is a hesitant player, he needs to be bolder. Not as loud and take over as Monte but def more fire.

If you want the "best" listen to the cd with studio musicians!

i must admit I wasn't overly keen on the backup singers at first but they have been growing on me, but I will also agree that a couple of times in the last 2 concerts 1 or both of them have sounded off.

Anonymous said...

Just wait till they're on tour. Tommy will develop a new persona as lead quitarist. I really like him. He's quiet by nature and not real "showy," but I think he'll blossom. The whole band looks great, and I LIKE the back-up divas.

DRG

Anonymous said...

The only reason the back-ups sound out of tune sometimes is because of the way the audio is set. It's not their fault and it's NOT how they are singing. They are professional singers who do not sing out of tune. They and Adam will develop more of blended sound and it will be fine. They're a good addition to the band.

DRG (Sorry I forgot this part.)

Anonymous said...

The best thing about Tommy's guitar playing is his head banging. He might be a better guitar player if he banged his head on the strings. MP was mediocre at best, but sounded like a grammy winner compared to Tommy.

The two tons of joy could leave the venue all together and I'd be a happy camper.

Anonymous said...

@ DRG

Your loyalty to Tommy is sweet, but I think he's blossomed as much as he can. He has no stage persona. And I see no signs of it coming in the future. He's cute, stone faced, moves awkwardly and seems to lurch or meander. There is no personality, no rhythm, no fire or sex appeal, he appears bored, though, thank heaven he's not constantly yawning anymore.
A lead guitarist needs attitude, think Eddie Van Halen, The Edge, Joe Perry, even the ancient Keith Richards! He has nothing to give.
Not his fault, he just hasn't got IT!

@HK fan 5:08

As for the backup singers growing on you, most drug stores have a cure for that.:)))))))

@HK - I see we have a troll on this site who just posted other stupid comments on other threads. Ignore and let them return to their miserable little snarky life.

I'm really enjoying Adams recent live performances.I love his playfulness with his band ,his really dorky dancing , and the way he SINGS HIS ASS off each time he hits the stage .I'm playing his CD now and I cant wait to see him in concert !!! OH , and I Love Tommy too !!
