Lovely interview. Adam looked terrific and was so patient as the young lady did the translation of his answers into French. As usual, he is articulate, charming and so focused esp. in regard to Trespassing. He received a warm, loving welcome while in Canada and you could tell that Adam certainly enjoyed himself there.

Love how Adam has been paying close attention to the Québecois accent while on these shows in Montreal and trying it out himself-"Lahmbaiyeahrr".

You know, I want to say right now that I am sick of Adam apologizing for his first album. There was absolutely nothing wrong with that album and far from repudiating it I think Adam should actually acknowledge that much of that album was hanging around waiting to be produced well before he had to rush off and create the album. So it wasn't as rushed as all that and I, for one, consider it a great success and don't think Adam has to apologize for it. I'm sick of hearing Adam apologize for it because he doesn't have to.

Well, I am amazed at how quickly folks in Montreal switch from French to English back to French again without a single hitch. Amazing! I'm sure Adam was impressed.

she was great ! She looks a little like Natalie Portman. She definitely got her flirt on. So REAL. Who wouldn't want him! I don't think he's apologizing for the cd-I think it's his way of letting people know that this cd SOUNDS different. I loved FYE!

He is so adorable and sexy!!!

@Cathy . . . . I love FYE and there was nothing wrong with it and I loved the Glam Nation Tour . . . it was the most fun I had in years . . I can't see Adam apologizing for anything he sings
just because other people can't see his talent. . .

Maybe the first album wasn't exactly what Adam wanted it to be, but I guess the time constraints did not give him the freedom to choose and record whatever he wanted. There was nothing wrong with it. Adam was in a different place in his life then after AI and that tour. Trespassing gave him time to write, to collaborate, to think and to produce this album exactly as he wanted it. It is more "thematic" with the light and the dark aspects to it, with its funky, energetic, upbeat songs along with the poignant, haunting ones. To me, Adam Lambert is the best vocal talent in music today and he should not have to apologize for that first album. It did well for him and introduced him to the world as he was on his way to stardom.

I don't think Adam is apologizing for "FYE" I also think he is just explaining the difference.
One of my favorite songs remains the title song "FYE", what a sexy song.

Again, did I miss an earlier discussion about the oooo tattoo on Adam's right thumb? Somebody help me here.

What an interesting interview. ADAM was so intent in his gaze on the girl speaking in French. I was just imagining how he would look at his beloved. How come I see everything that I want from a man from ADAM? When he looks at you, as if you are the only person that matters. I laughed so loud when he was singing WWFM to that girl and the girl said, "I want you!" LOL. I wish it was me he was looking at and singing to. ADAM is a romantic man. It's a pity I still have to find one straight man like ADAM.
BTW, I don't think he was apologizing for FYE. He was just explaining as he has always comparing creatively about his two albums.

I agree totally with your comment re Adam apologizing for his 1st album but I don't think he's apologizing for it. However, he does downplay it in nearly interview and for no good reason. It is an absolutely FANTASTIC album and he has, at times, said he's very proud of it. Neverthess, he keeps saying it was rushed, only taking 2 months to put it together and really it isn't necessary to say that. Well-known and highly-respected artists/musicians gave him some awesome songs to sing which I adore.

On topic .... noted at the end of this interview when the interviewer asks Adam the craziest thing a fan has ever asked of him or wanted (words to that effect), he says asking for a hug, a kiss and touching him coming from people he doesn't know, he doesn't enjoy .... so we've been told, folks. In other words, I guess he means be friendly but not too friendly. I've never asked for a hug or had any other physical contact with him apart from shaking his hand and that's enough for me. I respect him too much to invade his personal space.

Yes, I was thinking about that comment of his too, about hugs, kisses and touching.....I always thought he looked so willing to give a fan a hug if asked to. He never looked like he was feeling uncomfortable about it. I can understand about not wanting the kisses or touches though.

The problem is he's so darn handsome it takes your breath away and you just can't resist! I've not met him in person yet but I hope I will one day.

I keep going back to watch this interview because ADAM is simply charming here as if he is with someone he is in love with by the way he looks at the lady. I'm sure the lady interviewer would love a hug from him. She must be so happy watching this interview after and seeing how he was looking at her. It shows to me here that ADAM is a romantic guy. I just love him.
