I bought several copies of TP and one of them is signed by Adam, I have no idea where I got it from.

He's so damn cute, even when he's just putting on a jacket.

@11:07 I have a few copies and the one that is signed I ordered from Walmart. That was when the CD first came out and the signed ones were limited. If Adam knew we were so enthralled by him while he is putting on a jacket he would laugh so hard! It doesn't take much to excite us!!!

Adam must have an enormous dry cleaning bill. He really wears those gorgeous jackets and leather pants so often. He reused the leather pants from his last tour and I think even that black glitzy shirt, all worn while playing with queen. No,wonder he has to shop, so many public appearances and gigs, where he always looks so beautifully dressed. That teal leather jacket looks sooo good With the white hair.

Watching this creature doing such mundane activity as putting on his jacket feels like stalking. Thank God the man is so patient and understanding of our foibles. But then, he's the rarest of creatures, so we can't be blamed for gazing at the object of our affection. atm

American Idol Announcements are Coming Plus ADAM LAMBERT Still in the Mix

"Entertainment Weekly confirms what we already know, but adds a statement from Simon Fuller that says “positive” announcements are coming soon.
Plus ADAM LAMBERT is still in the mix.
Entertainment Weekly files their own report on the judges rumors.

First, Simon Fuller gave them a statement:
“There will be several positive announcements to follow shortly,” Fuller told EW in a statement.

“American Idol is moving up a gear and with the help and commitment from Fox, who are more intimately involved and supportive this season than ever before, we are looking forward to a dynamic new season ahead.”

EW independently confirmed:
Randy Jackson won’t be leaving American Idol, but he won’t likely be a judge either. Unless HE decides to leave, or negotiations with potential judges fall apart, he will move into a mentor like role. Fox and producers would like to make a judges panel clean-sweep for the 2013 season.

Nicki Minaj is near a deal to join the show as a judge. The third spot, is most likely going to country music star Keith Urban.
If “Fox and producers decide to go full throttle, for a fourth spot” it will be is Spanish singer-songerwriter Enrique Iglesias.
Hanging in there with an outside chance, Idol
veteran ADAM LAMBERT ”is still in the mix.”

I heard a rumor that the judges rounds would begin around September 22. If that’s true, I would expect a press conference during premiere week, beginning September 12. But, it could be sooner."

Sounds like if Enrique Iglesias doesn't want the job, it may go to Adam. I wish so bad that Adam was in a position to tell AI to go to hell, but he is not. This would be great for his career, for sure. Maybe in a couple of years if they want him as a judge, he will be able to tell them, sorry too busy for your dumb-ass show!

I thought Iglasias was on tour with Jlo now...and I also heard he didn't want the Idol job because of other commitments. Hope he says no for real then maybe Adam would have a shot at it. I' m on the crazy train and can't get off!

Well, back to the post of JB HIFI.
Adam was amazing, the whole bloody week was off the planet in Oz! ADAM was so up close and personal with everyone. So many new fans have come on the scene now and Australia is loving Adam with a passion Just wished SONY would keep in contact with ADAMs fanbase more but a really successful Oz promo in both Sydney and Melbourne.
ADAM is no stranger to Oz and is indeed an adopted Aussie in every sense of the word.

I like Take Back. I also have a feeling that radios will eventually discover Better Than I Know Myself, and start playing it. Better late than never. Good songs have no time limit. BTIKM is very casual fan-friendly song.

OT, but my friends 12 yrs old daughter has just discovered Adam. A neighbor girl had given her an Adam poster pic as a gift. Awww. I never try to impose my music taste to anyone, although I don't hide what I like either. I can talk about Adam and Sauli with my friends and at work.

Adam looks better than ever..his face is glowing (prob had some work done to even out acne scars..and his forehead is indeed smooth)..he's looking fab people..ready for his 'close up'..why on Earth he is the one standing in in case they can't get whomever else they want for Idol is just insane..but, bless his beautiful heart, Adam is used to being cast as a stand in, as he was in "Wicked"..

OT: I just read a long article about j-lo and enrique concert last night. The reports and comments were horrible. Many said enrique has completely lost his voice and looked horrible? j-lo on the other hand was total auto-tuned and lypsyncing. Two of thier concerts have been cancelled due to lack of sales. Interesting

7:19 Wow! Intersting news about JLo and Enriquez. We sometimes just assume that these "big names" just pack every venue they walk into. Adam delivers 150% every single time, without autotune, etc. And because he has had real vocal training, I'll bet his voice quality will last a lifetime. AI could help him so much with exposure and cred, like the show or not.

We don't know anything about the judge choosing process. They may have locked in Adam from the start with a Shhhhhhh don't tell. They may be holding him as a last minute surprise announcement. It's possible and would be a stunner. We have no idea if all the names being thrown around are fact or fancy. It's all speculation to boost interest and anticipation. Just be cool. ^o^

Well that's why we are all fans of Adam, because we all know that there is no one else in music today with the vocals and stage presence of Mr. Adam Lambert.

Enrique couldn't stand in Adams shadow even on a good day.

I think Enrique is sexy, he oozes it although what's wrong with him is that he does not dance nor move at all even his songs has the dance beat.
In all the time I saw him sing on TV or his videos, he does not move at all just like his father Julio Iglesias who is also very sexy but just stands there on stage in his concerts.
Enrique is a very shy guy why he was a lousy mentor assisting Nicole last season of XF.
He uttered only a couple of words in total I believe.

My conclusion, I don't think at all that he is even being considered by the honchos of AI.
I think ADAM has it but doesn't have the green light to say it.
I agree with @8:37am because I feel the same way. Enrique's name is just being thrown out there in the mix.

8:37, I have thought the same thing but didn't want to say it. Maybe Adam has been locked in for a while, but AI keeps the pot stirred up to keep interest alive. I don't really care who is on the panel with Adam, as long as he's on the panel! It's so obvious that he's perfect for this job. It's a complete no-brainer. BUT, no guarantees, of course. I hope we are right that he's had it for a while and it's top secret. Dream!
