Great black & white photo! I'm glad Adam was able to enjoy a night out in Oz before all the big things are going to happen to him in the U.S.

I just watched Trespassing...Brian London and Adam gel really well as a twosome. Brian bounces as he plays the electric piano and he sort of plays with some jazz improvisation that suits him and Adam. So this slightly jazz overtone will be good for Trespassing as a single; on the other hand Adam might use the conga/bongo rhythm treatment; I think Trespassing is a good single release in this respect, Adam can perform it in myriads of ways. :)

Yea this is a prolific photographer...sooo many great photos of beautiful Adam. And he frames the cathedral and its 3 ancient steeples very well as the backdrop; similar shade as Adam's hair colour, depending on the lighting; so it makes a wholesome picture. Thanks... :)

Adam, by his own admission, feels like a bit of a freak, and he obviously loves drag queens..I think they are funny and pretty myself (just don't know any personally)..so, if Adam feels a bit freakish cause he likes alternative lifestyles, then alot of people do...but maybe too embarrased to say so..My belief is that he is in love with Sauli and, at least so far, is remaining true to him...Sauli is prob very understanding of Adam's love of drag queens..as he prob has dressed in drag himself a few times (or maybe more)..I love Adam and literally every thing about him..he is not boring..

Interesting article on the AI judge fiasco. The writer is correct that the focus has left the contestants and gone to the judges. That's the reality of it. The judge gig is a double-edged sword. While I realize that people want the gig because it gives them exposure and, in some cases, increased sales, I don't think that they are necessarily selling their souls when they take the judging job. It's just simple marketing. They have to market themselves, just as they are marketing themselves when they go on a talk show, or do an interview or appear on an awards show or simply perform. It's part of their job. OF COURSE, Adam wsnts to market himself by being a judge on the show. If that's such a terrible, degrading thing, well then every famous person who makes an appearance anywhere is somehow "degrading" themselves. That's just not fair, nor is it true. It's simple business; it's their job. I keep saying that the upside of Adam getting the job is greater than the downside. The job is not a forever thing. I don't think the judges lose all their integrity by doing it. Like it or not, it's a career booster. Adam being in the running with other big names is a good thing in and of itself. Whether he gets it or not, he'll be fine.

As for Katy Perry not wanting the judging job, well, she and those few who are at the very top of the music hierarchy DON'T NEED the job. They're already up there. They already sell millions every time and make more money than they could ever spend. There would be no big advantage to them by taking the job, at least now.

Personally, I don't see AI going too many more years, but I sure would love to see Adam be a part of it as a judge before it folds. What a great full circle for him. And the show would get some class and credibility back , for sure.

When Adam was on Idol, did anyone really care about the judges. Sure Simon was surly and Paula was kooky, but ADAM WAS THE STAR AT ALL TIMES! Just the mention of his name or a glimpse of him would put the ladies in a frenzy! (me included!)

That is true about Adam's Season on Idol, Season 8. It's not just that I am and AML fan, it simple is true that Adam was the star, little room for debate IMHO. I will say that the top 7 or so were very talented that season also, and I loved the top 4 (yes, even Gokey :)), and think Alison I. is mad talented to this date, her cd was excellent and, like Adam's tracks, appealed to a wide age range IMO.

Anyway, call me juvenile or silly, but I truly do think Adam broke Idol and needs to get back there and fix it ;). Okay, I'm being a little cheeky, but my first paragraph, that's just the way it was/is!

Melbourne is an awesome place. Full of incredible vibes, out the box people and lots of incredible music. Great to see Adam having fun. He sure deserves it as his been working full on in Australia.
