I don't think Adam bought David Cooks house...just a rumor that some fans came up with...I've seen pics of DC's house..they don't match this pic, the view for instance, and the pool....So probably just coincidental. But we'll see. I DO believe Terrance's picture was taken at Adam's new house. Some of the furniture matches Adam's.. :))) Saw this earlier so have had time to thoroughly inspect it! LOL!!! I think the rumor has already been discussed and debunked. Time will tell.

Thats not David Cooks house but that is Adams stuff.

Cook won the seventh season of “Idol” and went on to produce two albums before his label dropped him earlier this year. Without a record contract, it looks like Cook is heading back to his home state of Missouri, where he owns another home.

I would think this house would be bad luck.

Scouring and comparing photos is creepy and stalkerish behavior to me. If Adam wanted fans to know where he lives he would tell us. Give Adam his privacy.

I don't think anyone knows if Adam did buy a house or if he is renting again.His life is a bit topsy turvy right now. I loved the pic of Sauli and his new footstool.

That definitely doesn't look like David Cook's house. The ceiling and windows are totally different. But Cook's house was really nice. If I knew about it I would have bought it. He sold it at a very good price. Well good price to the buyer. Hollywood Hills for $1.4 million is a steal.

My goodness...some of you sound like detectives trying to find out if David Cook's house is the one that Adam bought(if he did buy one). The furniture matches Adam's, the windows and ceiling are different, it doesn't have a pool. All kinds of speculation and rumors. Some of you should be detectives or on the police force or maybe in real estate. Honestly, these comments are so funny to read, but if you are a true, loyal Adam fan, you probably want to know everything about him and whatever he does...almost stalkerish as someone posted. I admit I do want to read about some of the latest Adam news, but I am more focused on his music, his concerts and what's happening with that. His personal life should be kept as private as possible and if Adam wants his fans to know something, he will tell us or show us. Happy New Year!

Those things definitely belong to Adam, I recognise his chair and pine dining table, and the tree up in the corner of the room, plus I think I can see a swimming pool through the glass window. Wow! Adam must be really happy, he's moving up in the world, so happy to see how far he has come and doing so well, no one deserves this more than Adam.

To those who think we're stalkers here just because we recognize a few pieces of Adam's furniture. Or because there was speculation about DC"S house from a few fans when they heard that DC's house sold..And Adam was moving.. All coincidental. Adam's previously leased home is up for lease again. Also public record... Adam and his friends have tweeted pictures over the past couple of years that include glimpses of his furnishings. Nothing too secret there. Some of us remember what a few pieces look like. Real estate transactions are public record. The pictures of DC's house are part of a real estate listing that anyone could see. I actually saw most of the info about his house, etc.. not too long ago in a Hollywood gossip blog..or AOL or someplace like that. We are fans, we adore and care about Adam, and some of us find it both interesting, and wonderful too, for Adam & Sauli, that they have a new house, whether leased or bought . And its fun to guess: Is that his new home?? Or not?? No one knows anything more than that. I do know that his old house will be available for viewing by real estate agents and buyers the latter part of January..because again, it's a public listing and someone saw it. So I'm guessing that he has moved out and the home is currently being readied for lease again... All speculation of course. I also assume that eventually it will be revealed where his new home is. I don't want to know..but it happened last time, and probably will again. The more famous the celebrity, the more likely their home location will be known. That's Hollywood. I also assume he will have really good security to keep out the fans who have problems understanding boundaries. And respecting privacy. There are always a few. I wish Adam and Sauli the best...and may the location be a secret for a long long time..

The real estate listing for the house Adam leases/leased wouldn't be recognizeable in and of itself. It wouldn't contain Adam's name in any way. And the former pics from Adam as well as the recent ones from Terrance were "thoroughly inspected" to identify and compare. It all just fuels the fire and does result in a lack of Adam's privacy.

The "thorough inspection" took about 5 seconds. :)) My comment @ 4:11 PM was light hearted and tongue in cheek. I have a good memory for detail, what can I say? As for the privacy issue re Adam's home interior, the only way Adam will ever have complete privacy re his house, the furnishings (which is what we were talking about here to begin with..), etc..is if he, Sauli, and/or his close friends never again post a single picture from this day forward. I'm all for protecting his privacy, because he absolutely deserves to have a safe and secure haven to call home, and I'm completely serious about that, but I think he lets us know what he wants us to know..and no more. I strongly suspect he could not care less if his fans know what his dining room chairs look like. As for the real estate info, Information has a way of leaking out. Sad but true. Not condoning it..just saying, it does..and has in the past. I truly hope all of the details stay private. You and I can certainly agree on that. : )))

I agree that Adam has chosen to post pics of family and friends from his house, and I'm sure he would realise that fans would notice certain items of furniture or the odd painting or whatever else. I remember Adam posting a pic for Halloween of his fire place with the large cow's head and got the feeling he wanted to share it with us. I'm sure if he didn't want us to know these things he wouldn't be doing this. I personally think Adam really cares about his fans and likes to share little pieces of his life with them.

The price one pays when being a celebrity .... fans want to know all the nitty gritty. I'm not fixated re Adam's private life. I think it's scary if fans know where celebrities live. Long live Adam's privacy i.e. what's left of it.

I'm not fixated on Adam's private life but if Adam wants to send certain pics to his fans then of course I'm interested in what he shows us.

How do people know that Adam's new house has a pool? I must be missing something.

I saw DC's real estate listing on another blog last month when he dropped the price. This is his second home and he's selling it so that he can by another second home - in Nashville, apparently.

DC has a recording contract and has put himself in a good enough financial position to afford two houses. I am happy for him. In a business where most people scrape through by supplementing their income with another job, both DC and Adam are doing very well.

We don;t know that Adams new house has a pool, but we do know his old house did. And that many photos from parties etc were posted from the pool, and Sauli mentioned it quite a few times on his blog. Soo we are assuming that both Adam and Sauli enjoy having a pool, hence why I said he probably HASN'T brought David Cooks house because it doesn't have a pool...

The windows and layout in very different from David Cooks house it is not the same one.

There is another pic of Terrance in front of a large pool taken the same night as this pic. Adam is prob renting an apt or condo. Looks nice but not a house and obv not DCs house.

I never saw anything about DC buying another house - he is prob renting in Nashville as well since he was dropped by RCA and I would say his future is very uncertain.

This looks like a condo to me which makes sense since Adam is going to be out of the contry for the next 6 months. Why would he want to rent a whole house.

Just wanted to point out that other than the next week or so, with concerts in Bali (Dec. 31st) and Viet Nam (Jan.4th), Adam will not have another concert until Feb. 17th and then has 17 concerts scheduled between then and March 22nd. Nothing else announced past that. So at this point in time, looks like he'll be gone a total of less than 2 months, not 6 months.. :))) But that could certainly change..

I've seen that chair in Adam's old house.

Maybe Adam will some of his free time to get settled in the new house and then celebrate his birthday at the end of January. Possibly he could be thinking about ideas for the third album. Or maybe he will just take the time to rest up. Hope we get some vids from the Bali concert. It must be exciting to celebrate the new year in such an exotic and romantic location esp. with Sauli there and his band members to add to the fun.

This @Hannabec lady(?) is a rumor mill. she is kind of person who spread deliberately the most unbased rumors for fun.

I see a pool through the window in Terrance pic. This new house seems to have a pool and city view.

Does it really matter where Adam lives? A whole thread of speculation. It's not as if you're going to be invited over for a cook out and swim. Leave he and Sauli in peace. Their privacy is a luxury to them, let's don't hunt them down like fugitives.

Not the point at all. :)) It was a fun thread..wondering if Adam has moved yet..and if the picture Terrance tweeted is at Adam's new house. Period. The pic was all over twitter and fans were discussing it. "Is it or isn't it?' All in fun. Please don't speak to us like we are predatory fans who wish that Adam and Sauli have no peace and security. Its true, sadly, that there are a few in every fandom who feel the need to know those things. I don't think for a minute that anyone here has a need to know that. Or would wish that information to get out. It did with his last house, hopefully this one stays hidden for as long as possible. All that was determined here was that was some of Adam's furniture appeared in the pictures. We've already seen that more than once in pics he or friends have tweeted.

I follow @HannaBec on twitter and I don't think that statement was fair. She and I actually saw this picture at almost exactly the same time (I just happened to be on there at that moment....And her tweet was picked up by Adam Lambert Fanclub facebook/twitter site. I suspect that's where Admin. got this in the first place. She was just wondering the same thing many others were. There were many many tweets saying exactly the same thing. She wasn't spreading "false rumors" any more than anyone else at that moment in time. And I haven't seen her spreading any other "false rumors" either. Maybe you have. Things get passed around on Twitter..many true things and a few untrue things as well. It happens. By the way, this is just as likely to be a TRUE rumor as a false one.

I already made my point: re-read what I said. But in case you need further clarification, here it is (I'll say it again..):

She was only one of MANY who wondered the same thing, just in passing..She did NOT make up the rumor herself... Big deal. Not only that, what difference does it make. Her comment just happened to be picked up and re-tweeted by Adam Lambert Fans twitter and Facebook. And that's most likely where admin got this thread topic. It was a valid question...and one that many others were asking at that moment in time... Unsubstantiated yes..Dangerous NO. By the way, do you understand how twitter works?? You can't re-tweet your own tweet. She said this one time in passing because she saw someone else ask the same question. And only people who "follow' her can even see it, unless its picked up and quoted or re-tweeted by someone else, who also follow her. She did NOT do it maliciously or for "fun". It was a valid question at the time. She didn't present it as fact. So now do you understand?? If not, whatever.
