Yes, Adam could use a great collab with someone big. BUT, I'm glad that Adam started out going solo without help for almost four years. For someone so different from the mainstream, he has done remarkably well. I like that fact. When and if he does collab, he'll know what it's like to not start out paired up with someone else to get a jump-start. I don't mean to diminish anyone else, but I just admire Adam for the struggle of doing it by himself. NOW, with many shows and many travels under his belt, I hope he can do a great collab with someone who will do him justice.

David Burtka is Neil Patrick Harris's partner. Together they have adorable twin babies. I wonder what the conversation was about between him and Adam.(this is all strictly speculation) Maybe it was about relationships and building a life as a couple in Hollywood and having a career in the entertainment business. Ricky Martin has done it in NYC with his twin boys and Elton John and his partner just adopted another child. Some day in the future Adam might want to settle down and have a family and he can see others around him living their lives with a partner and being accepted into the community. Just look at Jodie Foster and all the comments her speech at the Golden Globes brought up. The times they are a changing, slowly but surely.

Maybe they were talking about the charity - or Bill Clinton - or the lousy weather. We really shouldn't speculate. It's how rumours start.
