American Idol runner-up! Last week some SingTel personnel rang up asking me to install extra tv channels and I wasn't that keen as I've quite enough access to media coverage already. Then I just popped the question...If you have Adam Lambert programmes on the channel, I'd straight away get it installed. I asked: Do you know who Adam Lambert is and the person answered, to my greatest delight...oh he came in first on American Idol...hmm he didn't know he was so right! lol! Curiosity made me probe a little further and asked: First? He sensed something amiss and quickly answered...not sure first or second...lol!

I don't care about Phillip Phillips and his career. And I give you 100% guarantee this boy never ever ever will get as much fans and success in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus as Adam! They are crazy about Adam. Adam is their Rock God!Also, I think Phillips will not get alot of success in Asia, UK or South Africa:)

sorry OPP is not appealing to me, dime a dozen, which this site would get off AI flavor of the month. don't watch it anymore at all. I find it interesting tho that P is trying to distance himself from Idol or hates that folks know him from that. he will go the way of David Cook, Kris Allen, etc.

That's cool @Lam-my! I was at work today (first day back after Christmas break) and several asked what I did during the break and of course I mentioned seeing Adam at Jingle Ball. They all knew who Adam was and one said he broke Idol and that she voted like crazy for him and never watched after he came in second! I played Adam with Queen for another and they thought he sounded amazing...one person at a time!

Not bad, quite a long break. I ended the telephone conversation by asking the SingTel person to include some Adam Lambert programs in the music channel and to call me again in a couple of months. Also, told him, that will tap into the Singberts domain for added business. I said they love Adam like crazy and then you know what he said to me...and you too! Maybe my voice was so excited over the phone and that prompted him to say that. lol! It's strange but true; whenever I bring up Adam in a conversation, suddenly my voice takes on a couple more decibels. lol! Not joking. lol!

He fresh off idol, got a great song even tho i am sick of it and not that crazy about it in first place! pO will never be the world star Adam is! do you think that thousands of screaming girls and guys will go see him sit there and play a damn guitar! They want glamour especially in Asia, Africa, Fenland Russia, Fenland ect.Adam is easily biggest Idil ever Asia! As far as nos. are concerned PP may be taking US. But that just US. I suspect Adam's Album done very well abroad, with sales! You cannot go by Idol nos. or just US. Nos. when you combine Adams all over world nos. they are very good! idol only records US. Nos. but they desperately want World stars only have three out of twelve years! When it comes to Adam you have to consider his world no. And appeal and both are quite good! Think back besides the obvious how many have gotten 3 albums from same record label,from AI., not many! Adam's glory is his world appeal that is a hard thing to get, too or more than 3 over the years would have done it, fortunately Adam's is growing not getting smaller! Yes when counting Adam's notify have to include the world figures and there good, RCA made money on his album I assure you! oeople like PP, here he may have some sucess abroad for now, but i doubt 4 years from now he will be the star Adam is abroad, almost pissitve not in Asia, where Adam is growing daily! Yes when it comes to Adam you have to consider works nos. when you do, he doing quite well! Phillips luck out with that song, sick of it! @Anon11pm: Whenever I hear PP's Home, I think of Adam singing "Come Home". Imagine if Adam would cover that song on a CD! He would blow everybody else out of the water! I think Adam's rendition of "Come Home" is the most beautiful I have ever heard. I could listen to it all day. And HOME is just pedestrian to me. It's a shame really. Oh well, always more great things ahead for our Adam...nancdruuu2

You are so right Adam is something special.... there are so many people who feel the same way we do about him....I can't explain it I doubt anyone else can... but to say there's something special there .....I don't want to talk about P2 or anyone else ...they don't interest me.... although I wish him and all other young performers well...Adam has brought so much more than just music to the lives of so many ....to measure his career in simple economic terms would be a disservice to both Adam and his fan base...
