Giving AI the flick this year although I might watch the finale, and I'd definitely watch it if Adam were performing on it. I hope another WGWG doesn't win it.

AI what's that when so much is happening in Adamland with no commercial?

I kinda liked all the guys on AI last night. I was really worried about Charlies meltdown, it seemed for real. NM is getting more Fashion Police than AI judge.

we'll have to disagree on that one, Curtis is the one guy I really, really don't want to see get through to the top 10. I don't like anything about him, he just comes across as so smug, very unhumble, and a complete douchebag...

None of the contestants on AI really have the talent or the stage presence to become a successful recording and performing artist. Sorry, but there is nothing about this season of performers that makes me interested in watching AI. Adam spoiled it for me and no one since then has come close to him in vocal talent or charisma on the stage. And when I think back to his performances with KISS and then QUEEN, those were so special and were highlights of AI never to be repeated. And the judges with their comments are another story.

The judges hand picked the Idol contestants, hold them responsible for the quality of the singers and the ultimate success of the show each year.

One thing about Adam on AI, he was ALWAYS humble, polite, and grateful after each of his performnces. Don't know about this Curtis guy.

I think Idol is history...... too many sob stories with little individulality. No IT factor that I can see. So far the only thing I like is Keith Urban he seems genuine.

Maybe a guy won't win idol this year since there isn't a real so to speak Cute guy on. I see they haven't changed thier voting system either. I do like the girls much better this year. Too many "Rueben Studders" like guys on.

GMT: I totally agree with your comments. IDOL has had its time at the top and it should be history after this season. There are no outstanding contestants and no one I particularly care about with the excitement that Adam brought to the show during season 8. I'd love to see Adam come back to perform, but I doubt it. I do like Keith as a judge; he is articulate and honest in his comments overall. Forget Nicki. Time for IDOL to call it quits after this season.

I'm with HK fan, agree with everything she said about Curtis Finch, a church guy but so without humility and don't like his singing at all.
He is too engrossed with himself and thinks so highly of himself as above all the rest.
Idol eliminated all the WGWG type and matinee idol look contestants even they're better singers to make sure a girl win this time.
i wish Curtis gets eliminated FAST!

Jordin Sparks has the most twitter followers just passing the 3million mark recently followed by Kelly Clarkson.
Guess Jordin gets most of her BF Jason Derulo's followers as well.

May I ask why so many of you are watching idol since you seem aware there is no one who is going to stun you with their brilliance? Just watch something else or read a book!
