Whoah! I've been away for hours and I come back and I'm the first one on this thread. Looks like the Minsk show went great. These vids are kind of jumpy but thanks for posting. I'm sure we'll get some more that are more stable. They're all having fun up there!

@DRG Hi glad someone else is here, always love your posts! Very dedicated wonderful fans that braved the bad snowstorm to go see the amazing Adam Lambert! Love hearing them sing the words to his songs. At least we got these videos to watch for now. You can hear how excited the crowd is!

That's all I can hear so skipped from 2nd to last

I want the polite semi quiet Japanese audiences back.

I'm glad they are enthusiastic, but I prefer singing to screaming. Does tommy have his guitar set on mute?
I can rarely hear him, I want monte back. :(
Sorry so crabby! :(

This sure brings back memories of my Adam live Singapore concert. Now in retrospect, if I had gotten the second tier theatre corner seats I would have enjoyed Adam's concert a whole lot more; at least I would have felt his strong presence. I know this because that night...my daughter and I got to the wrong entrance to the theatre but it was the one to the second tier seats that I had rejected, thinking they were too much to the side. Out of curiosity, I got to those seats that I didn't get and looked down onto the beautifully-lit striped stage. Yes straight away, I felt the nearness I would be to Adam to feel a greater presence of him! That would have given a much clearer view of the whole stage and would be able to see Adam's facial expressions when he sings...it means a lot to me. Also I would not feel the direct blast of the sound consul right in front where I was sitting. Well, things don't always happen the way we envisage; and in my case, all my life it seems to be like that...well almost. It could also be due to the high ideals I hold. So Adam, please come again, I can't be choosing the wrong theatre seats all the time. lol! The chances of the general public willing to pay for the best seats are diminished due to certain Adam fan clubs having the privilege to buy them in blocks one week in advance before actual sale of tickets...another major reason. Final analysis: I got to see Adam live! lol! And yes he delivered, good old trustworthy Adam style. lol!

You will never get the actual 'show' sound from someone recording it with a phone. But, we love seeing and hearing Adam in any shape or form, of course!

Would give a lot to hear full TFM song with a full orchestra.

IIHY is a song that NEEDS people to sing along. It's great to see and hear the crowd singing and dancing along with Adam!

I prefer the semi-quiet, polite & respectful Japanese audiences too rather than people screaming & singing loudly. I attend Adam's concerts to hear HIM sing, not a rowdy audience.

JAK here.....it's wonderful we get vids so quickly, however I will have to wait for others to trickle in.....can't watch these.
Lasers, changing colors and camera jiggles are a fast track to a migraine for me. I do love that blue suit....would you call that Lambert Blue?

Sadly, I think the only way we'll ever hear Time For Miracles with full orchestra is on the cd. Which I do frequently....it makes my heart soar! <3

I'd like to have a saxophone added to the band before he writes new album......
.......seriously-sax-sounds-so-sexy! :-)

You know, I just listened to Alvin Lee's 1969 Woodstock performance of, "I'm Going Home", and I thought to myself, "Would it ever be awesome to hear Adam Lambert do a jam session at one of his concerts like Alvin Lee did for Woodstock". I know Adam has it in him. This concert he is now giving in Asia is actually very mediocre for his incredible talents. I have been to two of Adam's live concerts. The first one was his GNT concert. It was star quality. The second one was a few months ago in Phoenix, AZ, and it was just as I mentioned above---MEDIOCRE. He has so much more talent than this Asian tour displays. JMHO.

I must say the Singapore audience at the Adam concert that night was first class...they knew what to do at the right time! The word, consul should have been console / sound mixer...so the sound / reverberation was a surround sound not direct from the consul which may have speakers embedded in that special below ground sound bay close to where I was sitting.

Lam-my what did you really think of Adam's concert , I know you were to Close to the music, you seem to have liked it did you think it was mediocre? Someone said JLo's was an embarrassment compared to Adam's! I was not the one that said it!! I read it hear, I think it was really good but you were there? Sue

Finland is a large one is it not, I hope he blows it away! May open with something different there. Maybe? I have a hard day have tons to do, and wasted a lot of time that I may not have to waste! If people would sign there would be no confusion! Yes I forget sometimes, sometime but mostly I do! Sweet dreams to my friends ! Sue

Great gig again! Everyone seems to be so glad to be there and see him! But oh why he don`t sing BE anymore. I love that song.. I think Adam has said BE is his personal favorite.. Or do I remember wrong?

Sue
Adam is never mediocre to me; he's always above mediocre, a separate class. But I can appreciate what above Anon is saying because she saw GNT which she is using as her bench mark. Just like me I was using other videos such as Queen+Adam as my bench mark and also the TFM and FYE videos recorded with special sound equipment. But I'm aware I cannot expect the same high quality as the cds/dvds. So the main reason for my little let-down is I wasn't close enough to feel Adam's strong presence and facial expressions when he sings and his voice was partially drowned out due to the loudness of the band and sound system. If I had been in the first few rows, it would have compensated for the little let-down. And by the way my ticket is the same price as the front row seats; they had the advantage of a one-week pre-sale advance booking to secure them. So to answer your question Sue, because I know you can't sleep properly if you don't get my answer and I mean every word of it; Adam is never mediocre nor are his shows. :)

What is BE? Sue

Sue
BE...Broken English...he might sing this to Sauli. What I would have loved to hear Adam do at the Sing concert is a few acoustic songs which he did at the GNT concert, with only guitar or piano accompaniment. Imagine if he had sung Soaked, in his operatic voice.

There is the answer from Adam himself, Sauli wasn't able to travel with him because of his own work. Just as I expected.

JAK @ 9:13 I agree with you about the sax. Also add some brass.

Anonymous said...

@ 5:07 AM.....JAK here....Yessssssss
The late great Clarence Clemons was the STAR of Bruce
Springsteens band as far as I was concerned. And I agree brass would add sass! I don't wish to step on toes here, but as Adam plays bigger venues, he needs a full band for arena style performances.

Adam's voice sounded great with Nile Rogers and the Chic band, they had brass instruments which gave a more polished sound to Adam's songs while complimenting Adam's voice and making it shine.

Full bands don't come cheap, while they would be great where do the extra dollars come from to pay the extra band members.

I absolutely loved hearing TFM again. I actually just watched the video Adam did for song when he released it. I wish they could release it again for the public. The movie 2012 was just on tv the other night and this song used at the end reminded to go and check out the video again. Another great performance from Adam. It should have done better than it actually did, but isn't that so true of all of Adam's single releases?
