Thank you Admin for all these beautiful millions-of-views videos! Strangely, my favourite is still FYE though I could not get its full impact at the Sing concert because the lowered key was not so spectacular. But all these videos and Adam songs are in the millions of views in just a short span of four years...Congratulations Adam! You have come a long way and achieved much. All I know is you are one helluva dynamic worker / singer. And that's why I've always wanted you to be a judge on any of the current shows...your presence and guidance will be invaluable to the budding artists.

Good to see that everyone still checking out the videos Time for Miracles should have more. Although my favorite video is If I had You,second would be Better than I know myself.

I love them all for different reasons! All of them are great videos- I do feel TFM was so underrated- I went to see the movie and when the song finally came on everyone was gone out of the theater. FYI is so sexy also.

Okay, I'm going to update my Adam song video chart...Better Than I Know Myself has just overtaken FYE, lol! His vocals are stronger, clearer in BTIKM and resembles a mini movie with a lot of emotion and thought provocation. So for the time being, BTIKM is #1 on my Adam chart. lol! But still like the Adam face close-ups with cheeky green serpent, lol! and tight leather suit with cane.

BTIKM really is a solid song!!!!! Gonna watch vid right now

BTIKM verse

Always thought this or that was right for me
We sure don't know ourselves, like Adam rock-screams
Many a time, it turns out the opposite way
Thank goodness, through it all, the fuzziness, highs and lows, I seem to have got off to the right path unscathed
Now I take things less rigidly and go more with the flow
Sometimes it's fast, sometimes slow
Problems seem to sought themselves out better, with an unexpected glow
Hmm...don't procrastinate too much though...you may miss the boat altogether, lol!
And that's why I say Adam is one helluva dynamic worker

TIME FOR MIRACLES only got one million views?!?!!!!

That's my favorite Adam video..I can't believe it.

Maybe because it's not promoted? Was it even a single?

Spelling: ....sort

Well, that's what happens when I go with the flow...lol!

I think BTIKM is the worst video Adam ever made. His looks in this video are pathetic. FYE is my favorite. Adam didn't get so many views or any noms for this song/video just because of AMA(sorry,I didn't have to mention it).

Anonymous said...

there is another TFM out there with 4,116,000 views and another WWFM with 7,600,000 views but they don't count toward vevo.

Anonymous said...

TFM video is exceptionally well done, with lots of backups like people running across him; and the wide-angle street Adam was filmed walking on...yes classy video and his unmatchable high notes; TFM should have been woven into the film for greater effects.

Geezus gawd I love FYI and TFM!!!!
Could he be any sexier?
I wish there was some way he could bring the vid for FYI back out again...

TFM is so low because it won't let anyone watch it........

The headline on this thread is misleading, these are not his youtube numbers, (which are millions and millions more if they could ever be added up), these are the Vevo numbers.

Anonymous said...

Isn't it the Vevo numbers he gets paid on?

Anonymous said...

I just hope he can afford to make more videos to support his next album. TP was critically praised but we got no videos. #3 has GOT to get video support. Hope the $$$ is there to make it happen.

DRG (love all these video stats!)

We all sat through the movie JUST to hear Adam on the credits. Adam's music video was amazing and so intense and heartfelt and then the movie just lost all that amazing hype. Adam was the ultimate
and how proud we all were in that theatre listening to his voice boom. But that was 'long ago' now.

Anonymous said...

@!Lammy
You voiced my opinion too. The music video was fantastic and we sat there just waiting for Adam's
big moment and it did arrive but far too late. He was the star of that show.

Adam's videos overall are great. They are meaningful and relate to the theme/main focus of each song. Just look at some of the garbage vids you see on those music channels/programs today. They just show bikin clad women gyrating all over, liquor bottles, cars or boats and everyone partying...nothing to them. And here you have Adam Lambert, so talented, so creative in the music business and having a tough time getting his songs played on the radio. My favorite vid is WWFM because it still is my favorite song from Adam. I am looking forward to his third album, the release of the first single and the video that goes with it. I certainly hope this is the one that brings him the recognition and success he so deserves in this crazy, unpredictable world of music today.

Better Than I Know Myself is my absolute fave clip of all time It's a MASTERPIECE!! Adam is such a GREAT ACTOR as well as a GREAT SINGER. Also adore the Time For Miracles clip. Again, Adam the actor!! The FYE clip is seriously sexy and the other clips are great too.

Anonymous said...

Vevo won't let me watch their official TFM video clip because I don't live in the US!! :(

@Anon. 10:28PM

I disagree. I think the Better Than I Know Myself video is fantastic! Adam captures the essence and meaning of this song so well in his facial expressions & movements. It's extremely well-done but to each his/her own.

It goes to show how important the promotion of a song is. If Celine Dion's Titanic song became so famous worldwide, Adam's Time For Miracles is just as powerful a movie soundtrack, I feel. Yea like you said, it must have sounded super in the theatre...impeccable high notes.

What captures my attention most in the BTIKM video is the great amount of details, such as the knight chess-piece, the different skulls, smoke, the chair and the hand touching his shoulder as a symbol of empathy. A lot more details...and as 6:19 points out, his facial expressions, like his eyes (end part) and sticking his tongue out while dribbling the bottle of liquor. This BTIKM video evokes analytical discussions. It's worthy of an award.

These figures are ONLY for the videos that Vevo viewcounts. On Youtube, there are almost 400,000 videos on Adam Lambert. AND many of those are duplicates of IIHY, WWFM, TFM, BTIKM, FYE, etc. with millions of views. Wonder if there is an overall number of views for ALL of Adam's videos (TV, concerts, radio appearances, fan videos, other media interviews, etc.)?

Hello, Lam-my!
We haven't chatted for so long, I've missed our talks, not very often but always interesting and funny.I also prefer FYE , from all the vids Adam has made so far. I still regret his management decision to take a step back, to give up on such innovative, provocative, erotic vids, FYE, IIHY (at that time they were the predecessors of so many similar vids to come , more successful because they were better promoted). I imagine they wanted to play safe, didn't want to take risks and eventually chose 2 solid but old-fashioned songs as future singles and vids, songs that didn't reach even the targeted audience, the hard core, not very young vievers/buyers.I won't tire repeating , Glamberts have a great collective quality, they are capable of adapting themselves to whatever Adam is singing, it seems they were not aware of it at that time. Now Adam is testing our preferences, the link is of Light It Up from One Republic, one of R.Tedder's songs Adam likes very much, he recommended 2, I chose this one for its oriental vibe. What do you think, is it good or not?

Anonymous said...

I hope you are strong enough for a negative opinion. I don't think adam's videos helped his song sales or radio plays. I don't think Adam is an actor, I found the evil Adam in BTIKM ludicrous and after the first viewing never watched it again, same with the mv of NCYE. The futuristic slant was a hodgepodge of ideas from old movies. It was a plain and simple love song royally screwed up. IIHY was a messy attempt at reviving the abandon of HAIR. TFM was not a video, it was filmed by movie director to play while they ran the credits, so unless you had sat thru the crappy movie you had no
idea what was happening, it really didn't make sense as a stand alone video, even though just feasting your eyes on the expressionless Adam was a treat. And the song suited his exceptional vocal talent. WWFM was just okay as he moped around being miserable, because Adam looked so darn handsome and sad you wanted to
hug and kiss him and heal his heart. I liked the lyric video of Trespassing, no Adam but the cool car and music "fit" the song. Now FYE, please note F - Y - E, For Your Entertainment. NOT FYI which means "for
your information". It was probably the best video, Adam and director were on the same page, attempting to
create a modern 1930s decadent Berlin cabaret where "anything goes". sort of pre Nazi nasty. Unfortunately it came out at the same time Idol viewers were getting their first real look at the chubby cheeked charmer who wowed them on Idol and scared a lot of them away for good and in some tiny minds set a negative opinion that
sticks to this day.

I hope on his next album he picks a genre and sticks with it through the entire album, anything but pop, no synths, no tricks, just a kick ass rock band with rock and rock power ballads - or just Adam and a pianist in a quiet studio caressing some R&B , jazz, blues. Remember how great those Upright performances were when he sang Come Home - I Can 't Make You Love Me - Dust in the Wind? Let's forget about appealing to teens and appealing instead to their parents. We buy music and are a steady audience not leaping from new sensation to a newer one.

Adam, please make some music that has a chance of becoming standards and played 20 years from now. I doubt Kickin In and Pop That Lock will be around!

The only problem with what your proposing is that it won't sell in today's market and therefore won't get any air-play. You can't turn the clock back and to be successful you need to cater to what's popular today.

9:39, Good and valid points.

Anonymous said...

I loved most all his video's lot better Than sex, sex. His video's are far superior to what out there now. Adam a professional, with a little experience he could be a really good actor! My favorite's are all of them. I really y do not think your points are all that valid and yes I am strong and can take criticism! I just do not agree with you! I do like the sexy Adam, but does not have to be nasty hope he does something sexy. With a little work and guidance Adam could be a very good actor. Yes he will have a video for the next single off new album. Without 19 taking half his profits and making bad decisions for him he will, now.my favorite video was all of them, but better than I Know myself was good! Sue

@10:41am

9:39 responding. It won't sell huh? Have you ever heard of Robin Thicke, Michael Buble, or USHER? They are all doing pretty well. I just met Usher and his 2 cool little dudes
Last week. All 3 very "stylin' guys". Good music needn't
Turn the clock back, it needs to offer a choice between the crap that's played incessantly and new well written music without gimmicks sung by accomplished singers.

Ever heard of Diana Krall, Norah Jones? Music for grown ups. There are other radio stations than top pop slop!

Anonymous said...

@ Sue. It's perfectly fine with me that you don't agree with me. I was just giving my opinion of the videos, I didn't expect it to be a popular one, but it's my true feelings. Yes I am pretty sure with an acting coach Adam could learn to be a passable actor. He can emote while singing, we all know that, the original version of Outlaws of Love was a stunning example.

I hope you notice that I don't attack ,as you so often say, Adam. I think he is wonderful, I just think he's on the wrong track. Again, my opinion only, I'm not trying to sell it to anyone else. PAX

Anonymous said...

I will not argue, I never said a word about anyone attacking anyone at all. I think with help Adam could be more than a passable actor! You totally entitled to your opinion. Adam made some mistakes as everyone has I'm the business! Sure he learned by them. I think he will try to appeal to the masses both young and older. He will put his experiences together, he seen what works and doesn't work so well! Artist have to try things to come up with the right formula, I think Adam had experience now and will do that! Thank you sue

Good job Adam!

Hey Pan!
Love your dropping in for a meet and greet now and again, parachuting down lol! You are one of the more regular parachuters lol! I don't follow One Republic closely, yea good music but can't discuss it with you. Thanks for the visit. :)

I like all his songs and it is difficult to pick a favorite. Time for Miracles is one of my fave.

I love them all. I love each for a different reason. A truly gifted artist that does not come around too often. I think if I were forced to choose it would be "Time for Miracles"
