LAM-MY-help us! What in the world was all the banter about between the host and Adam? Was that just a hoax or was that an actual legitimate gift? Please tell us what the host was saying to Adam. We will be forever grateful. The crowd sure loved Adam. He is just so handsome.

I think the host asked why adam does not put on the jacket with spikes given to him on last visit?
adam responded that it's so beautiful, hanging ay home & he promised he'll put on the ' jacket", just the " jacket" cheekily especially for him!!!LOL!
The flower arrangement on the Rock I think to represent Adam's our Rock God!!!

Forgot where I read this, but the host offered the heart bouquet on bended knees and Adam was reported to have said (if memory serves me), "Is this a proposal? But I thought you were married and had a wife and kids?" So much much like Adam to be spontaneous and honest! Hilarious, LOL!!! atm

Wow! I enjoyed that thoroughly. Firstly I think that guy adores Adam but a little shy, so he hinted why people like holding or hugging him. So Adam replied because they want to touch him and vice versa. Then when Adam actually put his hand around the guy's shoulder, he sort of wriggled out and that caused Adam to laugh loudly; probably he never experienced someone wriggling away, usually they hang on to him for dear life. lol! Also, Adam complimented the guy about his nice jacket but said something funny. Adam noticed a little duster adornment on the jacket and that caught his attention and prompted Adam to say the duster could be used to dust the whole set. lol! So the guy sensed something 'unpleasant' and asked the pretty lady what Adam just said. The pretty lady replied diplomatically it was best he didn't know what Adam critiqued, that is about the duster for dusting the set. lol! Sooo cute. Leilani, you got pretty much it about the studded jacket, they presented him the previous time. Atm, welcome aboard! Okay I'm going to give the nice guy a name, I'll refer to him as Smart Alec lol! Smart Alec was trying to 'corner' Adam by asking Adam, whether he had worn that studded jacket presented to him. I think he follows Adam on internet and noticed he didn't wear it at all. lol! Adam was buying for time; and I thought now how is he going to answer that because if Adam said, no, he might hurt the Chinese fans and Smart Alec as well. Then Boom! Boom! Eureka! Adam said he wears that at home frequently and the lady translated it. Now here comes the sexy bit; Adam added...he wears that at home, just the jacket and nothing else! Whoa! my imagination went on high gear. lol! Okay the gift is a rock heart as in rock-n-roll, described by Adam. I really enjoyed the banter. lol! I must say Adam is quick with his rebuttals and Smart Alec is quite shrewd. He went on his knees to present the rock-n-roll heart to Adam, that was nice and Adam seemed touched. I bet that must be the first time a guy presented him a rock heart on his knees on stage. lol!

OT - but I just read a comment about the Billboard award show tonight. I didn't watch it - yuck. There were lots of negative comments about "untalented, lip-syncing' etc. But loved this person's comment:

I agree 100% , where has all the real music gone? Adam lambert is great and he didn't get recognized here. His voice is flawless and he never lip syncs like these other artists getting awards. but yeah manufactured computerized songs are getting old. Hope this isn't the way music will be in the future.

Glamberts-make sure you watch Adam's fan video that was made for him with the song Je T'aime Mois non Plus playing in the background. Absolutely GENIUS video by his loving fan-you will need a cigarette close by for the ending, even if you don't smoke!!!!

My Mandarin is not good, but did study it for almost 7 years as a second language level. Also now, the shortened version with a lot fewer strokes, makes it quite different from the original Mandarin version we learnt. But for daily oral communication, I can get by; can even scold someone or quarrel in Mandarin. lol! That actually surprised even myself. lol!

I have to comment about another show that was on tonight on my cable TV: the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. What I've seen has been REALLLLY great. No lip syncing THERE. None.

A highlight for me was the "Heart" induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. They're from my area (Seattle) and boy can they ROCK IT OUT!!!! Their original band was on stage with them tonight and there was sure no lip syncing going on up there either.. I especially enjoyed seeing their original guitar player Roger Fisher, who I know a little bit.. Met him at a small private gig last year. He was playing guitar with Zander Smith, a friend of Adam's... Small and connected world :) but I digress..... I really enjoyed Ann and Nancy Wilson's speeches. They spoke so eloquently, among other things, about being women who played music at a time when women didn't do that so much: front rock & roll bands. They said they were told they shouldn't be doing that.... because they were women. And they said something to the effect that "We didn't mind doing things others were afraid to do or were told they shouldn't do..to change things.." Does that remind you of someone else we know and adore???? And admire for being willing to be proud of who he is... In the case of Nancy and Ann Wilson, it was because they were women.

I fully expect to see Adam Lambert in that Rock & Roll Hall of Fame one day........ He's a bit of an innovator himself...Not to mention he can Saaaang!!! :)))
