a more deserving person could not have been picked to represent "people"..lets take away the labels and call it like it is..all people deserve to be respected (unless, of course they are criminals - but this goes without saying) and Adam is pushing for that...acceptance and love for ALL..he truly is my hero...

He is such a people person, always making that strong eye contact. He is so intelligent, he blows me away. Love Adam Lambert.

Whether the world at large or the LGBT community specifically realizes it, Adam has been one of the major catalysts for change in the gay community. I know there are many who do the non-glamorous work behind the scenes, but Adam is one of the few gay celebrities to be so open about not only his onstage performance life but his life off the stage as well. He is a walking, talking spokeman for progess and equality. That is what takes real guts. He doesn't hide anything, on or off the stage. He knows how to be classy and brassy at the same time. I wish that the major talk shows, daytime and primetime, would give him more opportunities to show off ALL his talents, musical and otherwise. He has so much to offer. He's still a hidden gem.

DRG, and all well-wishers for Adam's award, it is so gratifying to have someone of Adam's caliber to be honored for his gifts, vocal and human. He has so much to offer and so much to show the world of the possibilities for humanity--love and acceptance. I love that he won't be "a hidden gem" for long. It is as it should be. atm

If some of you followed more than Adam or really knew what was going in the LGBT community you would stop insulting us with the "Adam is the leading cause of change" attitude. Maybe in your personal life, but not in the real world. Please stop insulting the LGBT members here with these naive comments.
