Adam Lambert fans with Eber Lambert, Adam's father, who chatted and took photos with fans after Adam's headlining show at the Toyota Summer Concert Series at The San Diego County Fair in Del Mar, CA on July 2, 2013. The day after the show, Adam's dad tweeted from his Twitter account, "@milestougeaux: Nice seeing old friends and so many members of the southwest chapter of Glamphoria last night. Cheers!"
The San Diego County Fair is the largest annual event in San Diego County and the fourth largest fair in North America, drawing more than 1.5 million visitors annually.

I'm so jealous Eber sat above and behind us at the Del Mar show. Didn't know he was there until later. I'm so glad that so many fans got to meet him and get their picture taken wit him. I read his tweets, and he is very witty and funny. Cool guy, and so proud of Adam!

Like Adam, his dad stands out in a room! The whole family seems so nice.
Adam needs to do what Prince used to do. Do not Take his music to friends and family. They like similar music Take his music to a night club. Have the DJ play a track and watch the audience reaction. Do the take a lesion or talk through the track. Do those dancing sit back down or remain on the floor in a wait and see attitude?
JAK here......I wonder if Eber still hosts poetry evenings weekly? Sure would like to go to that.

I think Eber is still connected to Dime Stories and still writes. They have an open mike where they read their poetry and short stories. His partner, Amy still does and I think they meet once a month. Eber has a fave bar in San Diego, but can't remember the name. One night Adam joined him and sang Mad World for everyone. I missed seeing Eber. I was close to DRG and was disappointed that I missed him too. He is a bright, witty attractive man whose twitters are so funny.
Adam does shine like his dad.
Love Eber, such a great guy.
