He must do something right or else he could not wear YSL-shirt that costs about 900 USD and Louboutin-boots that cost over 1000 USD. Not to mention jackets and jeans and sunglasses etc. He is a wealthy guy = elite.

Adam is an international pop star, he has to dress accordingly, and mixing with the elite is his way of networking. What do people expect him to do go along in t-shirt, shorts and flip flops. Honestly, people say they want Adam to be successful, but then get terribly jealous because he can afford to dress like a celebrity, well that's what he is, a hot celebrity. I think he looks fantastic and I don't feel envious at all, I'm just happy to see Adam being invited to events by other celebs, who have welcomed him into their realm. These people recognise him for his talent and this is great for his future career.

You can hardly expect Adam to go to K-Mart for is clothes, and if he did you'd only criticise him anyway. He's a Rock God people!!

@12:01 PM...Adam's shoes did not cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, and yes I agree Adam doesn't waste money on clothes he is very good at recycling them, unlike other celebrities who need to be seen in something new at each event. Compared to most people who come of AI, Adam has had great success, he is admired around the world for his talent of course he is still working his way up but he'll do it and at least he's doing something with his life, maybe you need to do the same instead of nit-picking Adam the way you are.

And Lol he does have hundreds of pairs of shoes, each pair of which costs over a thousand dollars. Those Loubatin boots, his Rick Owens boots, etc. Remember those ridiculous green suede shoes? the bright blue ones? the zillion pairs of medges? Its easy to look up the price.

Some people are too lazy to get off their butts and work hard to improve their life, then they get jealous and nasty about people who have managed to achieve success. I personally find Adam inspiring and appreciate how long it's taken for him to get to where he is today, his fame didn't come over night nor did it come easy and given all the abuse he has had thrown at him he deserves real credit for handling things with the grace and good-will that he has.

Clothes, dresses, shoes, handbags, jewelry, etc that are "bought" by celebrities are many times loaned so the designer's name is spoken.
"Who are you wearing?" sounds creepy to me, but it's the norm. I wonder if celebs pay the retail price for designer whatevers or if they're given a huge discount because these items will be noticed and given an "fyi."
