I wouldn't mind seeing NPH as a judge. He is so talented; he sings, dances and is very well-spoken and comfortable in front of an audience. But I do like the idea that he is supporting Adam as a judge on the panel. Of course, the more all of us want this to happen, the less likely that it will. It would make so much sense to have someone with Adam's Idol experience, vocal talent and stage presence as a judge and he is not asking for millions and millions of dollars(as Jlo). But we will have to wait until Sept. when the official announcement is made and we will either jump for joy or groan in disappointment.

Aren't idol auditions already started? How do we not know who is judging if auditions have already become. I have a much better feeling this year as a adam as a judge than last year. We'll see- announce already!

There is speculation that the Idol Judges Announcement may be made on Thursday (Aug 1). Hope so - would love to have this over, one way or another. Go Adam!!

Lol adam doesn't have a chance in hell. The hollywood reporter didn't mention them as someone being considered. The new producers want big stars like jlo.

I love NPH even more now after I heard what he just said to Ryan. About Adam. Ryan was also very complimentary toward Adam. Like someone said, He killed the show and now he can save it. Only way I will watch is if Adam is on.
Bringing JLo or Jennifer Hudson would mean the end of it.

What? That's just facts my dear. Read the last article about this. The producers have said they want big names and didn't like the idea of an alumnae panel.

Don't the assistant producers, producers select the initial group of contestants as they have the auditions in these various cities across the country? The panel of judges comes in much later as they decide who goes to Hollywood, don't they? There are all kinds of rumors as to whether or not Adam will be a new judge. I would love to see him each week, but I am inclined to think he will not be on the show. If JLO is back and receiving millions for it, I will not watch Idol at all. I am sure all those millions can be put to better use.

somehow I don't think fox would want one hour of adam as judge on AI then doing parts in the next hour on Glee. A bit much. Please no JLO she is too manic for my liking. I kind of think Adam is over that idea now anyways. People just having fun with it now.

If JLo is on Am. Idol, I will not be watching at all!! Absolutely not. She is greedy wanting millions to judge and she was an incompetent judge. Let Adam on that panel and he will be fabulous!

ADAM would do so much good for American Idol.

I could see Adam being a judge on American Idol and appearing on Glee! Why not both shows are on Fox! I don't think there would be an Adam overload.

The judging that is going on right now is just weeding out the untalented from the talented and choosing the really funny oddballs. Do you really think the panel of judges see everyone? Not enough hours in a day to get thru that mob. lol Hope it's a better year!

I am not a troll but I also don't see Adam as a judge... American Idol has once played with my fanheart last year..and this year I have the feeling that American Idol is doing it again.. just for the buzz...

The only positive thing I see is that this judges speculation keeps Adam's name in entertainment news circulation...

Lol at some of these comments. Jlo would honestly be good for the show. Idol fans (except glamberts apparently lol) liked her as a judge. It would be fun if Adam was part of the panel but I'm wondering if Idol wants him.

New article out today the wrap says Keith, will I am, and either Jennifer Lopez or Jennifer Hudson. Same scoop as the hollywood reporter had. No mention of adam.
