Whatever the significance, I do know that this picture is a crop of one of the Lee Cherry portraits of Adam which appeared in the Trespassing album booklet...Inside on the page opposite several songs, starting with "Better Than I Know Myself"....

Jak here again.....Looking at it a second time it reminds me of a headpiece Cher wore one year to the AcademyAwards! .. With one of her really striking semi-scandal-ish outfits.

I miss Cher, I understand she was on The Voice I wish I'd known.

Since I'm among friends, I'll share a dream I had about Adam and Cher appearing together....sort of a Sonny & Cher skit. They sang several songs like Adam & Allison did with Slow Ride...two strong voices pitted against each other. There was teasing banter..Cher flirting and playing the part of a cougar....noting she liked younger men. At the end of the performance she links her arm with Adams and in a sultry voice says "come with me, I'll let you drive me home"......Adam appears shocked and says "you know I'm gay, don't you?" And Cher just pats his arm and says "don't worry honey, we'll work something out!"

I may have crossed the "naughty" line, I'll check in later to see if I've been deleted.

Can't wait to see Adam's costume; I bet it will be very interesting to say the least. I wonder I Adam is aware of how many people just love and admire him. He is so humble he probably can't even put his head around it. I know he loves his Glamberts and all other fans; new and old.

Cher was on Letterman a few weeks ago, too. She very entertaining. Through her career, she has definately seen it all and done it all, for the better and the worse. She's a survivor. Nice to see she's doing a lot of shows. One of the things I hope for with Adam is that, like Cher, he has longevity in his career. I hope his songs are sung and remembered for decades. I hope they become beloved oldies, known by everyone. I hope he is asked to be on TV shows a lot over the years because he will be a legend and it will be an honor to have him on. I hope he will be remembered for his voice, his songs, his social issues work, and his sheer guts. Seeing Cher just got me thinking about all these things relating to Adam. Hope a lot of it comes true.

Oh, and glitz, I checked my TP album booklet, and you're right. Thought the pic looked familiar.

JAK, I love your Adam-Cher dream. I think we've all had them. And I'll bet lots of us have had quite "naughty" ones, too. I know I have.

I know it's ABC; but I wish that show would have adam as a guest; just ridculous that they have not. They have had Chris Brown on twice. This was even after he threw a chair through the Good Morning America glass windows. I guess Adam is for the most part being banned still from ABC'S shows like Kelly and Michael and others. People say wait for album. Well Trespassing came out; and he didnot even get a Concert series with them. Just that indoor little display when Robin Robert was there and interview him with band. She seems to like him.

Sorry, just gets so fustrated sometimes about the way Adam is treated. He does not just deserve crumbs; he deserves the whole enchilada.

Adam doesn't get treated any worse than others in the business. It's competitive. He got a concert on jimmy kimmel He got to sing on good morning America the day his album came out. Chris brown is a much more popular and successful than adam so of course he gets more gigs.

I know all of that; It had been rumored that Jimmy Kimmel was really upset when Adam was cancelled from his show or kept from coming on and that he really fought for Adam to be on his show.
I did mention that he was on good morning America.

I know Chris is more popular, just using him as an example. All these people did not start out popular, you get that way by exposure and you can't get it if no one puts you on.

A young lady from Idol; Pia (can't think of her last name) was on Dancing with the Stars. There have been other examples of unfairness to Adam. Too bad they don't always go by talent; I hope that this talented man will be treated better the next time his album comes out in 2014. Like Adam says; I hope it gets better. Where talent wins over a lot of the crap out there.

The good news is, I feel the tide is turning. Talent like Adams can't be ignored for long. I feel the 2014 is going to be Adam's breakout year; and it has already started. Happy days ahead for our BB, I can feel it!

The problem is they just want to ignore the name Adam Lambert that's all!!!:)

It's not forever so just watch out for the next adventure of our Rock God!!!

3:11 and 3:22 are both wrong but there is no point in trying to tell them any different. Maybe neither one of them should watch Gdam while he is on Glee since that is an American show and is an opportunity few other performers have gotten.

Just had to post this although I know this is an old thread now and no one will find it. I agree that it is very frustrating that Adam seems to get continually passed over when it comes to shows like DWTS or the XFactor, etc. Someone like Pia, who has a very nice voice, is pretty tame and ordinary in comparison, but somehow, she gets the job. I don't understand it either. With all he has done (and it's beenq uite a bit of higher-profile stuff) he should be a guest on Kimmel, etc. He's got more intersting things to say than most guests and he's smart and funny. Guests with much less to offer get asked to be on. Just venting here. I know Adam has had some great opportunities come his way, and I'm thrilled for those, but the kind of mainstream TV gigs that would really get him some exposure to a broad audience seem to contunually elude him. What are these show so darn afraid of? He's no less interesting than most guests and far more interesting than many. I guess that one hit song or hit album is the ticket. He hints that big things are coming in 2014. If he is never mainstream enough for certain gigs, so be it. He'll make his way as someone very special, someone who stands apart. I still wish I had an answer to the question we always ask: Why not Adam?

Personally I would love to see him on with Craig Ferguson. It would be hilarious for both.
