HaHa 6:48 It looks to me like he stayed up too many days. Vampires are nocturnal and sunlight takes away their powers. Also, garlic, mirrors and wooden stakes through the heart aren't so good for them either.
He also looks like he hasn't had a good drink of blood in a while. A little on the anemic side.
