@9:35 A.M., Why should 9:33 AM comment be deleted?! It's very annoying with the comment patrol on the prowl looking for comments that he or she doesn't like or thinks inappropriate. Even if I don't like the comment, it's just someone's opinion and that person has the right to express it. Everyone isn't going to be happy with the photo, real or not. Me I have no opinion about TMZ, or the photo until it's authenticated.

I am surprised they didn't photo shop it with Leila looking like she is smoking. I am not saying she does, but it is the sort of thing TMZ would do. Since it doesn't show anything clearly, I am saying that TMZ is just hoping to make a story even if it is made up, or photo shopped.

This so called story, will vaporize and go up like a puff of smoke, and forgotten just as quickly. Also who cares anyway.

Whether (or not...) it's a joint..or something else, I just have to say that the day I get upset or worried about Adam partaking in the occasional MJ is the day I turn in my Adam Lambert Fandom Card, because I obviously had not been paying attention! Looks to me as if the third girl in the pic had the 'item in question' not ADAM or Miley ... also ADAM had leather gloves on in the pic to the right on the thread but in the TMZ pic his hand was draped in something ... ADAM usually has his nails polished & visible but not in the TMZ pic ... NOPE!! doesn't look like ADAM's hand to me ... must be photo shopped by TMZ ... JMO

We are champions at talking endlessly about nothing.

I hope there aren't people here who use medical marijuana for cancer treatment or ms or something similar and then see how some of you think it is so wrong and how much you are willing to deny the obvious and come up with elaborate stories of how it can't be a joint. Marijuana has valid medical uses and is legal in many places. It is not a bad thing until you are misusing it like Ciroc vodka, so prominently displayed in many of the pics, can be. Haven't heard a bit of outrage over a corporate sponsor of alcohol or people claiming Adam just has water in his glass.

There are so many misconceptions about Marijuana, certainly people can become dependant on it's use in the same way they can with alcohol, using it occasionally really does no harm. The only thing against it is in some places it is illegal, and for those who are more vulnerable it may entice them to experiment with harder drugs that are extremely dangerous.

It's disappointing all the same to see Adam handing any sort of drug to a younger person such as Miley, even if she claims to use it herself, it only serves to encourage it's use and given Adam's position he should learn to be more responsible instead of advocating it's use. What Adam does in privacy is of course his own business.
