I can only listen one time every now and then maybe something is wrong with my computer.

Very much looking forward to Adam's acting, his first on a tv series. He'll sweep us off our feet again. Frankly, acting is as much a part of his psyche as singing. He and Chris will constitute an engaging nemesis to the plot-line. I feel it's long-term drama and Chris, I must say impressed me quite a bit in that short clip when he says; "We're not going to call our band Apocalypstics, okay?" Nice job in portraying the nemesis and anxiety in his tone and expression, really cute. So Adam will add to the tension and fireworks. lol! Adam didn't just marry the night, he whacked the night lol! like what he did to Dracula in my LeatherVamp poem. Thanks a lot Poetry-pals for your encouragement!! Red-hair Devil is following up soon...culminating in 3 Halloween poems this year instead of the usual one in previous years. Adam sure kept me busy halloweening. lwl!

those of us who love Adam know how brilliant and talented he is..the rest of the world evidently has a problem understanding this fact...the TMZ article ticked me off big time..first of all, his mother was at the party..it was printed somewhere that he was smoking an electronic cig...regardless, we all know that Ad does smoke weed..he has made no secret of that..hell, just about everybody does in CA, and here too on the east coast, when at a party, or not...no big deal..I mean, it isn't anything to be proud of exactly, but no harm..just hope Ad doesn't harm his voice in the process, but it is his life, after all..what really frosts me is when comments are made that insinuate that Ad's career is over, etc. these younger so-called artists, are supported by the naive youth out there..Adam appeals to an older audience..he absolutely is the most talented and best looking artist on the scene today, and the nicest...

3:40, if his mom was at the party then the TMZ story shouldn't come as a shocker to her. TMZ didn't say anything bad about Adam. I'm sure Adam will always have a career in music but he needs that younger demo you just put down if he wants to go someplace with being a pop star.

Adam stands a better chance of gaining that younger demo if the older ones will quit alluding to their age and putting down other performers in the comments on other sites. I just saw it again on one of the HuffPost stories.

I was convinced that Adam was different from all other celebrities but I guess I was wrong. Yes, so many other people do weed but it doesn't make it right.

I think it's easier (to be accepted) in this fandom if you're an older female or a young male (preferably gay). Luckily I'm an older female.

In other words this fandom is quite matriarchal.

Yes as @4:50 said above...this particular corner of Adam's fandom is a bit matriarchal. Adam needs all kinds of fans to attend his performances, buy his albums, give to his charities and vote for him on every inane poll that comes along. There is no upper or lower age requirement.

Adam is not the only singer that has older fans...Bruno Mars appeals to some of the folks who
fondly remember Sammy Davis Jr.
Bruno has a similar smooth, slick style. He also appeals to a younger set of fans.

Adam has young fans, worldwide, just not in the huge numbers we'd like. Young women (girls really)usually have a dream that they will meet the star and romance will bloom...thats not an option with Adam for obvious reason...thats a dead end fantasy unless that young person is a guy.

Adams older fans have no problem with that, they are wise enough to know he is a fantasy figure and therefore safe to 'love'. Yes, some of us feel protective towards him not unlike the young people in our families or circle of friends.

But Adam isn't a family member so we can indulge in a girlish 'crush'. It's for fun, it's fabricated fancying, it's frolicsome, it's fiction, it's an imaginary flight. It's building castles in air....that we know we won't be moving into and living happily ever after.

There is room for everyone in the realm of fandom...but you can't hold someone down and MAKE them like Adam. Believe me, I've tried!
Some people just don't and won't.
Those young fans who do discover Adam (perhaps thru Glee) won't be deterred by s few old people in their path, they'll hop right over us and fasten themselves to Adam and his career.

I don't like to be a hypocrite and judge Miley, because she is just doing the same Madonna and Gaga did before her. She wants to get rid of the good girl image. M and GG didn't have that burden.

So many younger people smoke weed so I'm not surprised to know that Adam has the occasional joint. I have a son similar age to Adam and he also has the occasional joint, I wish he wouldn't and I've talked to him about my concerns but he is an adult with a mind of his own, so what can you do, as long as they don't become dependent on it I can't see any real harm and it is Adam's private affair and his personal choice to make.

JAK, thanks for the good comments. You're completely right. It isn't necessary to have a completely young fanbase for be successfull. Fans across the spectrum of ages is the best. And you're right also in that you can't MAKE somebody like someone, no matter how talented they are.

As for Adam smoking the joint, I just think of the atrocious public behavior of so many celebrities and I think that smoking a joint is probably one of the lesser "sins" a celebrity can commit.

I think most of the comments about Adam smoking weed are more out of concern than anything else, and yes I agree with 6:55 AM, Adam did smoke weed in Amsterdam during GNT, but that doesn't mean he is doing this now, but if TMZ are saying he did then it does give rise to speculation, but once again most of the comments regarding Adam and this issue are only out of concern for him and I do think your being a little bit harsh on people.

You are the one who needs to get their facts straight, and I am not the person you were replying to. Adam has never denied smoking weed. He said he doesn't do cocaine anymore in an interview shortly after idol. We have ample proof he loves weed. Even a video of him smoking dope in Amsterdam and comments he made that the tour bus was well stocked. Many tweets of people smoking dope with him at party's including during his last trip to NYC. He has tweeted 420 which is a call out to other drug users.

It saddens me to see Adam promoting and using drugs whether it be weed or any other drug. It will cloud his judgement and it could lead to harder drug use. He needs to take care of his voice. I hope this is a wake up call.

I'm thinking how much self-censorhip we need in the near future, because Adam is doing this club promoting.

I don't make any judgement about adam smoking dope. It's his decision and very common. It's just the people here who persist in believing in their fantasy version of adam who they think would never do this who are annoying.

Saint Adam.. is that what some of his fans want.. Yet they also want a wild ,highly creative ,talented humane guy who just happens to be in the entertainment business,where highly creative individuals experiment with all manner of things.This to help with that very creativity that most fans want and enjoy.. anybody see a disconnect ...

I remember that stage act in Amsterdam where it was legal. It was part of his rock act; his dancer pushed it toward him while he took and acted out the part, then passed it on. But, everyone saw that. Adam has acted out many, many things interperting songs, but that does not mean it is a part of his everyday life. Now really. He does different acts in different countries. He never did that in the USA.

That is a lot different then someone saying he smokes weed now in general. When he said in Rolling stone and interviews prior that he did when he was younger but it no longer interested him. I believe Adam on all fronts about his own life, and no one else. He is a grown man and can do what he please; just like the rest of us. It is not TMZ's gossip mongering business nor ours.

He will tell people what he wants them to know about his him and his personal life. I agree that smoking weed is no big deal in most cases, but it is still each individual's own personal story to tell. Adam also has lots of young impressionable fans; so I think Adam is better equipped to relay his own story to his fans.

I will say, we are all so fortunate to be able to say that we have an Adam Lambert, this wonderful, graciouos, humble man to listen to; his voice is one in a billion as Brian and Roger says. I think this man is respectful of others; never heard him say an unkind word about anyone. I say the future looks so bright for Adam; look out 2014, here he comes! I do think drugs take their toll, it's a matter of time and one never knows the breaking point...that, in fact is what breaks the camel's back. In Adam's case, he's aware his health and mind especially his voice need to be in top form. I feel he knows how much he can endure; he won't be so callous as to throw everything down the drain. In any case he looks very sober in all the photos and frankly, how many adults take their Mom to a party of this scale. Probably his Mom akso wants to keep an eye, with regard to Adam's safety not so much regarding drugs. I do wonder if it's safe with all these Halloween guises, but this is a reputed club so security should be sufficient; still one never knows. I admire Adam's filial piety and love for his parents.

What possible difference does it make? Alcohol is more damaging to your thought process and health of the throat. Alcohol leads to abuse, accidents and in too many cases death. Marijuana leads to snacking and naps! So Ive been told....

Being a goody two shoes (I have no idea the origin of that saying) I've never tried it...though my doctor has suggested it as an alternative to pain meds.which I usually forego. I can't get the good little girl who doesn't break laws out of my conscience.

Guys, have you heard that quite a few of Lady Gaga's fan, after hearing Adam's redention of Marry the Night, are commenting on site that they are so impressed by Adam and of course love Lady Gaga but think that Adam verison is better. Adam was so sweet and tweeted a thank you to Gaga, for writing such a great song. Thought that was very classy. Don't know if she responded yet.

I bet this has been a fun past week for Adam. All the media attention about his different costumes. Each one so different; and so Adam. Then, to top of the party that's being raved about all over the media. That sexy devil did well this week. Most of those in attendence tweeted what a great party and so much fun it was. Some even said the best Halloween party they had ever attended. So much happening for our BB; and I think the best is yet to come.

I have my DVR ready for Thursday, November 7th; Glee, here I come. I am so glad I changed to cable because when I had satelite(sp) a strong wind would knock service out just when I needed it most.

With my cable, now that it has expanded in my area with so many channels, I don't have to worry. It would have been just my luck when Glee was coming on it probably would have gone out. I would have a fit. Oh well; I am counting the days before our BB's debut. Look out world!

I hope and feel as though it will be a big ratings night; and Adam's will help viewship a lot; along with all the other stars on Glee. I cannot wait to see Adam.

I have being viewing the Promo as requested; but now that Adam posted his cover song "Marry the Night"., I can't seem to stop watching that. Oh my God, music to my ears.

Adam just seems to have this special thing going on with every song he sings. On the cover; he just makes them his own. To me, they are aways better then the original. No offense to the original artist; I am sure they understand, this is Adam Freaking Lambert and, resistence is futile.

I know how you feel, I am having the same experience. Adam's voice on the song is killing it. I don't know how many times I have listened to this song by Adam since he tweeted it. Probably at least a hundred; but, who is counting.

Well glad to hear I am not the only one over the top obsessed with Adam in general with his out of this world vocals. But, with this recent cover of "Merry The Night". His vocals are so beautiful on this track. I bet the Glee fans will fall in love with Adam. What's not to love?

Marijuana for recreational use (and medical use) is legal in my state (WA) so gotta say I personally can't get too excited about this TMZ story. If Adam and Miley were hanging at a private party in Seattle, no one would even notice...or care. Pretty sure it wouldn't be "news". And most other people who happen to see this won't either. Although.....because Miley is the hot button subject right now and Adam has always been ***controversial*** there will be those who say "OH MY G**!!!!" But for most, a non topic and non issue. Or it should be.... IMO. My pearls are safely tucked away in my jewelry drawer.

Back in the day, I tried a little MJ, and at some point discovered I'm allergic to it (made my eyes swell up...not a good look for me...) which isn't surprising because I'm allergic to that "other" type of "grass" too. So my pot-smoking days were few. My feeling is that if Adam indulges on occasion, so what. This is coming from a "tail end of the Flower Child generation".. and college student in the 1970's, so maybe that doesn't mean much :))))

I don't think Adam is a "saint", and to me, that's what makes him all the more interesting and endearing. Because more importantly, he IS a good guy, kind hearted, a generous sweetheart of a guy. And as intriguing as hell. And he sings like no other. That's what matters in my book. We've known about his past life, his comings and goings, his friends, his flower child leanings, for years.
