When will the people in this country stand up to the gun lobbyists and manufacturers? Congress members have deep pockets which lobbyists fill to vote down stricter gun laws. The USA has 20 times more death by gun violence than any other developed country.
Several states now have open carry laws and stand your ground laws. If you're going out for a drink at a bar and you strap on your holster you are pretty much asking for a confrontation. Only this one won't end in the emergency room with a broken nose or blackened eye it will end in the morgue for the one not packing a gun.
