Congratulations BB; this is wonderful that Adam is nominated for these most prestigious awards; I hope that Adam wins; and that it will also be broadcast over the media here if he does. What wonderful and dedicated Shanghai fans. Thanks for loving Adam so much.

This might be a stupid question, but here goes: Who pays for Adam to fly to Shanghai for this event and the awards show? Since he doesn't have a record label, I was just wondering who picks up the bill? It must be something very special for Adam to fly there to attend. I love to see him on the red carpet because he always looks so gorgeous and does a wonderful interview.

Why would the label have paid for Adam to fly to previous award shows? I'm sure that has always been at his own expense.

What awards are you talking about? Is it some sort of Chinese AMA or Grammy or People Choice? Does anybody have any idea?
We never say American Awards. How come somebody can say China award?

Has anyone other than I noticed the plethora of Country music wards and other shows on tv lately?

8:14, for something like the M1NT event I would expect them to pay for celebrities to attend. For award shows I would normally expect the nominees to pay their own way but I'm wondering if in the case of the Huading Awards trying to generate publicity that they are paying for celebrities to attend.

10:29, I haven't seen it called the China Awards but could be somebody calling it by the wrong name or a translation error? Sounds like it is a recently developed award show for film, music, theater and dance.

I think there so many more country music and awards shows because it is a very popular genre of music in the USA with tons of fans. The music and the performers seem to appeal to all ages across all walks of life. And when you watch the shows there is nothing offensive, overtly sexy or foul language used in their songs. I like all types of music and have been a fan of country music in the past, but since we don't have a major country station here in the northeast NJ area, you don't hear any of the artists and their music on the regular radio stations. Anyway, I am into Adam Lambert and his music since Idol and enjoy following the latest about him through this blogsite. I hope Adam wins the global male singer category and the fans choice awards. He really looked terrific in that black leather cap and black outfit arriving at the airport. Adam always stands out in a crowd.
