What about WWFM??I do like IIHY,too..that"don't such"...such dry humor.A little OT,but I saw some of A I tonight,but gave up on it..H.Connick didn't like some of the better ones,while Jaylo liked almost eveybody....oh,well. ):
that should have been "don't SUCK"...boy,what a lovely article..I guess that's a compliment for this person.
Ain't watchin' Idol. Over and done. IIHY, great song.
While I love what RS said, I've never heard that song on radio. It's a great song and deserved to be heard by the masses just like the rest of Adam's music. Some day people will be snatching up these albums once they figure out all his music is amazing.
I didn't watch Idol either. Just so we get a heads up when Adam is on it.
I don't watch idol for many years. But I heard about Joshua L And Candice. They are amazing. I bought some songs from ITunes.
I am recording it on my DVR to watch it later in twenty mins. I found my World Idol and that's Adam Lambert.
I did put it on DVR tried to stomach it; but they all souund so phoney; just like any other reality show I guess. I guess Ryan and crew felt the got the best and brightest to judge. Seems to me that they are playing games with the contestants again. I saw one Black man on there, no women when I stopped watching; The one Black man they brought on was slightly incoherent and they were telling him how cool he was seemed like he was a little high to me. They are a total disgusting group. I know there must have been some other young Black people in that town; and some good singers. No wonder they are going through a law suit now; just disgusting.
IIHY sold over 900,000 copies and had mod airplay. I think I heard it twice just think if it got excellent radio coverage. Is ke$ha in it?
So funny; I watched the beginning; Jlo's leather dress was so tight; she needed help walking down the steps by the two guys; when I saw her; I thought same old same old. Adam is really too good for that judge show. Adam is not a phoney.
If only radio would play Adams song. He would sell millions I am sure. I sure things change by next album. I wish that Adam could present at the Grammy's this year. I heard you don't have to have a current hit or even an album out now to present; I don't really know.
I turned on AI and it was a joke. Jlo was telling a young contestant he was another J. Bieber. I thought Oh no, not another Bieber! I turned off the show in disgust!
Ryan was trying to talk some kind of slang word with a young teenage girl. Total fail. Changed the channel.
@7:57 PM
I saw the guy they were saying was so cool; Ryan was actually making fun of him at the beginning; he knew that he should not have sent him in. The three judges were pretending he was so cool and pretending they liked him; but he got three no's; Harry C. said He would love to have that guy open his show for him; yea; sure didn't see him running after him. Shameful.
@7:01 PM
I think Harry is trying to be like Simon. I have always liked him; but I don't really like him on Idol. He talks about his own daughter's to much when telling the young girls they should not be singing such grown up songs; or something like that. He said he would not want his daughters doing that. He interjects them a lot. Not cool in my opinion.
forbes magazine said Adam made 5 mllion this year I thought he made 5 millionlast also
Idol got the judges they wanted and paying them the big bucks. Even the recycled judges. So they can live with them; without me.
This year just begun; so the 5 million is 2013 I guess.
They played WWFM tons here and IIHY on one of the stations a whole lot. One other main stations not as much. Buy, it was played quite a bit here. I remember Lam-my I believe saying it was no. 1 there where she lives for months. They still play it in Finland and more countries it did pretty well IIHY! Last time I tape idol just in case they showed some past idols named Adam. They showed none this time.
Honestly my real opinion sure it will better at least the contestants. This is suppose to be the big deal judges paneled KU nice kind of boring, Jlo same old same old. HCJ needs to be more natural he not Simon.Adam been on
It each year probably be on it later if he not touring with queen or other stuff. Some one said on news show today it probably will have better ratings up front out of curiosity don't know if they can hold it. I saw little chemistry.on most all pop stations they still play Adam Lambert on all main stations for WWFM some.
Ok, so I watched AI tonight because I just wanted to watch the interaction between the judges. I don't feel the chemistry between them yet. HC Jr. almost says "no" to most contestants. JLO "yes" to most. KU still the one I like the most.
It's just not exciting to me since the best superstar they ever found is still my all-time idol.. Adam M. Lambert. They'll never be another like him.
I don't think Adam could be a judge and act phony, or make fun of the contestants behind their backs. He's much too kind a soul. I'm glad he's not on the show.

I forgot to comment on the RS article ...15 Idol Alumni Songs That Don't Suck. Congrats Adam for making this list. I just wish we would have heard it on the radio a few times. Funny enough, I heard it for the FIRST time when I was at a movie theater last week! It must have been on a playlist on the overhead speakers at the mall. I was floored, really, because I never heard it on the radio ....evah!

I watched all of Idol tonight and the three judges got along great. Keith and Harry are very funny together. I think Harry was a great addition to the show.
@kitty
If I remember correctly it isn't Kesha in the video just someone who looks like her..
To all those saying how bad Idol is even though you didn't watch it, at the moment it seems you are in the minority, all the comments I've seen about it so far today (on blogs)have been very positive, saying its a huge improvement.
will let you know tomorrow after I watch it tonight!!!!
I was going to watch Idol this year and then they announced JLo as a judge and that turned me right off. She was absolutely hopeless the 1st time 'round.
When If I Had You was 1st released, it was played quite a lot where I live and did well in the charts. I've heard it played occasionally since and Whataya Want From Me is still played as well. I wish they'd play Adam's singles from Trespassing. I've only heard Better Than I Know Myself once - I love that song. and it should be played on radio much more often.
well I have just finished watching Idol....it was good, the whole production seems to have been stepped up from the last couple of years. Don't quite get the JLO hate, she is OK, much better than Mariah or Nikki, and easier to understand than Paula...Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr werte good. Will tune in again.
Thanks for the link, LAMBERTLUST.
Adam needs more positive comments. The KA & PP fans are after blood & saying nasty things about Queen.
Re this article .....
Kris Allen fans and Px2 fans are dissing Adam plus his involvement with Queen.
Well I don't think any of Adam's songs suck. I love most of his songs and there should have been more of his on that list in my opinion.
Who cares what trolls and haters are saying in the comments there. Adam fans just look stupid arguing with them. Doesn't help Adam at all.
Idol will never be the same for me since Adam was on it. He just set the bar so high that I find it hard not to compare so many of the contestants and their vocal quality to Adam's. He just had an amazing stage presence and was mesmerizing to watch. His finale performance with Kiss along with that duet with Angie Miller were two of the best collabos from any season of Idol. I like what I have seen of the three judges so far, but it will be interesting to see what happens in Hollywood when final cuts are being made. Since the demographic numbers of the viewing audience seem to be people in their 30s, 40s and 50s, I guess it is appropriate that the judges are around the same age...their early 40s probably. I suppose Idol still has some spark in it because it seems to be the only reality talent show overall that produces a viable recording artist even if the person does not win it. I hope they have Adam on it again since he did such an amazing duet with Angie and previously was a great mentor.
