JAK here.........Indeed, very lucky, especially the hug.
OT....when I was a kindergarten director I always wanted to open all the car doors each morning so I could greet all the children personally. Think of 20 years of precious hugs....heaven on earth!
One little girl skipped through the doorway one morning without a hug and stopped and ran back with her arms out
and when I leaned over she grabbed me very tightly and pressed against me....held on and said "Mrs.K. can you feel my heart kissing your heart?"
Of course that has become a frequent saying in our family, we hug a lot and hug hard so our hearts can kiss.
@JAK that is so sweet! I can relate. I get some of those hugs in and to and fro my school library:) Not to brag or anything, but well, ok, I have also met Adam 3 times and will never forget those moments. I guess I am very fortunate he has come to Northern Calif so often and was I was able to go. I only skipped out on work once I swear:)
There is nothing more precious than the love a little child can give. From the time they can say Hi, they are all smiles and in love with everybody. Adam has never lost that childlike love of people. When I see Adam and hear him sing, I feel like he's kissing my heart!
