he just does NOT need the nose ring..he is just too damned gorgeous without it...but, since my opinion does not matter in the least, I will learn to accept it..just hope he doesn't tat up his neck, etc., as it could compromise his acting career

He definitely had a hoop thing going on with the nose ring, the small ring at the top of his ear and the hoop going through the guage.

Please don't worry I believe it was a fake nose ring and he was just wearing it for fun. After all he was at a party not making a personal appearance. I really don't believe Adam would do anything like getting at tacky tat on his neck. I love the way he's looking right now. Much less makeup and dark brown hair. He really has a nice build now and he should be proud of how he looks. I'm looking forward to a great year following Adam.

Yes, surely he didn't pierce his nose. I hope it is fake. And please enough with the tats. I mean, arms okay. But never neck or face. Hope when I see Adam next, he will just figure out that natural is really okay. Do not have to keep expressing himself by covering up himself. Makeup and nail polish - whatever he likes. But a permanent disfigurement of his body would be a real shame.

8:42, Adam's life and Adam's choices and Adam's goals. If Adam would rather have a tattoo than star in a movie then I support him in his choice and his goals. As fans we do not get to steer his career and life or even wish he made different choices. It's his life.

9:29 here. Add 9:25 AM to my above comment as well.

Anonymous said...

Did 9:25 just say Adam shouldn't express himself??

Anonymous said...

I think Adam is wonderful, but the nose ring is ugly!

Hello; lots of movie actors have tats, they can send men to the moon; they have ways of covering tats; every little thing Adam does is under extreme observation.

Adam is a handsome beautiful young man with talent and class. He has managed his life pretty well so far; Adam's got this!!! He will be just fine. Glad he is alive, well and happy!

You sanctimonious people that judge what we write. We are allowed to express our views as Adam is allowed to express himself. Sorry that not everything on this post is in total agreement with everything Adam does. Live with it. Quit judging us and let people express themselves!!!

Adam expresses himself with tats, piercings, makeup and nail polish plus wardrobe. That is fine. I did not say he shouldn't express himself. Geez. Let people talk and quit arguing with opposing views.

"Do not have to keep expressing himself by covering up himself."

Sounds like saying Adam shouldn't express himself as he choses to me.

Anonymous said...

9:50AM, so you can constantly judge Adam and express your opinion but we can't express our opinion that you shouldn't be judging Adam? Got it.

Anonymous said...

Quit judging me judging Adam. LOLOL. Thanks for the laugh 9:50 AM.

@10:40 AM What are you talking about? What do you mean?

Anonymous said...

How can you/we here (mostlly women of >50 years young...) even think that your/our views on soooo many things about 'expressing oneself' would NOT be 'in harmony'... Let this young mesmerizing man live his life and express himself exactly as he sees fit and true to himself.
Why can't you/we express ourselves in a way that gets your/our opinion across but does not sound judgemental, outdated, narrowminded, or 'mother knows best'?!?
Fans are supposed to follow their favorite, not try to 'guide' his/her life in any way. NJMO

Adam's nose ring is super sexy! Don't you all agree!

Anonymous said...

10:52, very well said.

I get the feeling several of the people here are micromanaging mothers who drive their adult children crazy and they treat Adam that way too.

Anonymous said...

We are either pearl clutches, trolls or idiots if we do not like tats or piercings. I am 25 so you are off your rocker.

Anonymous said...

@11:07 AM You have any other basis than your 'feeling' for what your passing judgements. Or are you just a trouble making weasel.

11:12, I have an annoying micromanaging mother so I am very familiar with what it looks like.

Anonymous said...

@11:19 AM I'm sure there's good reason.

You don't know anyone on the other side of your computer screen, tho.

Anonymous said...

@11:19 AM I'm really sorry you feel that way about your mother. It's very sad that you are wasting time hating on her. If you can't get along with her, try walking out of her life. That will show her.

Anonymous said...

11:35, never said I hate her, just the opposite as a matter of fact. I just learned how to deal with her attempts at micromanaging my life. Nice passive aggressive comment from you though.

The more the merrier - I love tats and piercings, very sexy! Way to go, Adam!

Anonymous said...

That cute tiny innocent nose ringm that you can hardly see, is ugly?

Anonymous said...

Adam needs some face tats!

Anonymous said...

The freaks come out at night. (Oh yeah?)The freaks come out at night. (Nuh uh!) But have no fear, they're all on here, and ain't they quite a sight!

1:50 I know that song!! Haha

Oh yes, everyone just loves the tats and the piercings. They are so great. Oh bro. You all are being so untruthful.

Go ahead, express your views as much as you want, but please state them as your opinions (and your opinions only!). Please do not state your views and opinions as something Adam should or should not do. If you don't like or approve something he does or says, or how he looks etc., say so in a polite manner, but don't go giving him advice what he should do instead, based on your views...

@rose petal
Thank you, my thoughts too!

Some thoughts:

I have 5 friends who are all Adam Lambert fans. We met on the internet :)) on another blog waaaay back in early 2010 well before Glam Nation began. We've consequently done many events together, all or some of us, we email back and forth almost every day, and discuss the latest Adam news, and our own personal lives, etc. These women, of various ages, have become some of my closest friends, and we can discuss just about anything. And I mean ANYTHING. :)) Nothing is off limits. Nothing...

The reason I'm mentioning this (yes, there's a point to this :) is because we all have our own unique opinions, and we are split about 50/50 on the new nose ring (I think it's fine personally), we've all said what we think, and that's it. We don't argue back and forth, we don't call each other names, we don't make rude remarks to each other. And we don't try to justify our reasons for feeling the way we do. And we sure as hell don't think we should give Adam styling advice. His nose, his body. His choice.

We just agree to disagree, because as Adam says "It ain't that deep..." and we all respect each other's right to an opinion. It's not worth arguing about, or making anyone angry or upset about. We value our friendships too much to let something as minor as Adam piercing his nose, his ears, getting tattoos (I also like his tatts because they mean something to Adam and I think they're rather sexy)...

The difference is, I'm sure, that we have names, faces, and we've come to truly love each other. And in spite of the fact that we come from different lives, backgrounds, areas (we're literally all up and down the West Coast of the US and Canada) we have this one central thing that brought us all together: Adam Lambert. If it were not for Adam, and American Idol, we would never have met.

I've also personally met some really fabulous people here on 24/7. But since we are nameless, faceless (for the most part), anonymous people here, it's easier for things to get a little "heated".

Just saying...

P. S. And I'd LOVE you all to pick a name (like some have already) and use it. I know that probably won't happen, but it could (maybe) help to make this blog just a little more pleasant sometimes. Maybe...

Party on....

Rappin' Ronnie, you wouldn't by chance be the Ronnie from a ways back would you?

@glitzylady, I agree! In real life, I doubt seriously that many of these folks speak this way to their good friends and co-workers, calling them names like idiot and troll. Thanks.

JFC, is there no end to the lectures?

Anonymous said...

@ daydreamin - do you mean the long ago Ronnie from Norway? I've wondered about him so often. Miss him and Sanni from Finland that got scared away by an ogre.

Anonymous said...

Geez, the judgmental Glamberts are here with a vengeance AGAIN/STILL. If someone has a different opinion to yours, that doesn't make it an inferior opinion or a wrong opinion. It's just a different point of view.

How can anyone post crap under these pics is beyond me... fuck, he's sooooooo beautiful and goooooood (the voice!)
