Congratulations Adam! The awards just keep on coming. He deserves everyone of them and then some. That picture of Adam is so handsome. It would be hard to concentrate on my driving, if I saw Adam out in the street like that.

Hi BB; just hold on, I'll take you whereever you want to go; oh my place? Oh, ok if we must! Ha, ha. Adam is just as handsome as he want to be.

I would be in deep trouble if I saw that on the street. Crash! I can only imagine how many cars would be trying to pull over at the same time. Me included of course. A one man pile up!

Adam has the greatest fans in the world; we keep our BB in the winners circle and at the top where he likes to be! He appreciates us; and always let's us know. For Adam, I don't mind putting in the extra work.

About this picture... taken sometime earlier this year in NYC...(gorgeous!!!!!)

I was having lunch in a Nordstrom's store today, and while I was sitting there, my mind ***somehow*** strayed to thoughts of Adam (as it does ***occasionally***), and I was imagining how every head in the place would turn and their eyes would be riveted on him, if he just happened to stroll into the room for lunch..or coffee.

Not that I was expecting that to happen of course, because my luck is never THAT good, and being that I live in the Seattle area and not in LA..or NYC... But because he is sooo striking looking and so handsome, and carries himself so well, he would definitely stand out from the everyday customers... and everyone would be staring at him, even if they didn't actually know who he was..

If you are referring to my little daydream above, it IS indeed "about this picture.."! It's about how stunningly handsome Adam is and how all heads must turn whenever he walks down the street, or into a room (or when he hails a cab...).

And...not to mention the discussion about Dr. Brian May, that is no doubt a little more important in the whole scheme of things than this picture... Seriously..

Some of you might disagree, but doctors shouldn't blurb to patients before test results that they have cancer. That word makes patients even more sick and depressed. I had a horrible experience when one of my doctors told me that I might have breast cancer and after test results there wasn't any trace of it. I went to another doctor and knock on wood I am healthy to this day.

Hope everything is fine with Dr. Brian May. Remembering him in my prayers for wellness.

I think there are more than a few of us, myself included, who have had a cancer scare or two (of which I have had 2 actually, and thankfully it turned out negative both times...).. I think we as patients are usually pretty aware beforehand that the C word is a possible outcome of the tests, depending on the initial problem... And we feel a HUGE amount of relief when it turns out to be a positive outcome.. In my case, both times, the surgeon wasn't sure of the diagnosis one way or the other until after surgery.. And was very careful to tell me as soon as I woke up from surgery that things looked good. And when the final lab test came back, clear, I could breath a huge sigh of relief, knowing I was going to be okay. And even with a cancer diagnosis, it can still be treated successfully and even eradicated, depending on the situation. Cancer is not a word to be thrown around lightly for sure. I suspect that Dr. May wasn't told he had cancer but they are attempting to rule it out by the tests that are being done. Thoughts and prayers to him...

That must have been horrible for you, and I'm so glad it turned out okay....

Hope Glamberts can be nicer to each other here (& everywhere) in 2014 & beyond than they were in 2013.

Both my parents died of cancer.

It seems there are very few families who aren't affected in some way by cancer.

Thanks @Glitzylady! I won't get into the details but thank goodness everything is fine now. I'm more cautious about things and attended bunch of seminars about cancer awareness and prevention.

First of all, congrats to Adam for the JBall poll and to all who voted. Adam still manages to make a presence in all these things regardless of how long ago we was on Idol. We Glamberts are a mighty force of nature!

I LOVE this pic of Adam! So natural and friendly and happy. He looks so slim and fantastic!

Our family has also dealt with cancer, including myself. It's a difficult thing to deal with. Let's say a prayer for Dr. Bri. He's a quality person and beloved by millions. I've been dealing with my husband's quadruple by-pass recovery this week. He hadit on Monday. Doing well. Sure changes a whole family when a major health issue hits.

glitzylady, I LOVE your daydream! I also fall into a little Adam reverie or two (or three or four) times during the day. He is like a tonic for the soul. Makes my heart race and my imagination soar. What could be better?

I send my thoughts and prayers for Brian May also.BTW,a doc told me he was almost positive that my mom had rectal cancer a few yrs ago,and it WAS NOT cancer at all!A doc should NEVER say that!!I agree w/the other statements about this.B May is an intelligent man,and prob gets his medical check-ups on time every yr.((( prayers out to him and his family)))

It's great to read about any polls and awards that Adam receives even those from countries in Europe or the Far East. I just hope that all the interest in him and his music translates into huge record sales when his third album is released. I think this album is one of the most anticipated releases of 2014. I so want another hit single for him since WWFM seems so long ago. I don't know why LMD with Avicii hasn't been released as a single. He sounds amazing from the performances we have seen of the two NYE concerts. Can't wait for the next episodes of Glee with Adam, but that isn't until Feb. And who knows about any concerts with Queen since I have just read about Brian May and a possible new health scare. I hope all goes well with him. It's a new year and we all seem to wish each other a happy, healthy, prosperous and peaceful one. Let's hope that we all find this in the coming year.

Brian has a heavy schedule for 2014, I don't see any room for a big tour with Adam.

Brian tweeted out that he was having follow up testing. I am hoping he will be fine. He is so kind to animals and supports this cause with everything he has.
I believe Roger said 2 concerts/with Adam in 2014 are possible.

WOT: Not to be depressing, but, about getting the cancer news. I can understand a doctor mentioning it to a patient, but it's how you get the news that counts. After a typical on-time colonoscopy, the doctor who gave me the procedure, practically told my husband and I to order the casket. Afterwards an angelic nurse calmly told me to contact a surgeon, etc, etc. and that I could have a positive outcome. It made all the difference to me. Thankfully, after much therapy I am fine now.
