Adam looks good, he has matured in 5 years, and slimed down. Look at your pictures from 5 years ago, we all change. Adam is all for the better every time I look at him.

8:17 Totally agree! He is like fine wine that gets better with age. Eating healthy and exercising have worked to improve his appearance and I have to believe his self-confidence and well-being. I always thought Sauli was a great influence on Adam that way...once he found out how much better he felt by eating healthy, it's probably been easy to want to continue doing it.

Well sure if you want to cheat to look better...eating healthy and exercising is the way to go. Wish it wasn't too late for me to start now! : (
