But also saddened by the events currently happening in Ukraine...

"I want to break free" seems like it reflects on Adam's personal life. Makes me feel sad. But that is how it was.

I broke down and cried when I first heard Adam sing this song in Kiev in 2012. So poignantly beautiful in so many ways---and I loved watching Roger's reaction on the drums when Adam reached for the stratosphere at the end of the song!!!!

Now, like the person @ 6:40 PM notes, my heart is saddened by recent events at that very square that was so filled with joy on that summer night.
