Adam probably sleeps 8 to 9 hours. He gets ready for the day, showers etc. He eats at least 2 meals. He listens to music, he talks endlessly or tweets on his phone. He goes shopping. He visits friends. He goes thru the IG accounts several times a day.

I forgot one thing, he records a bunch of TV programs, and watches them at his leisure.

3:25, you have no real idea of what Adam does with him time other than he eats and sleeps like all people must. None of us know for sure what Adam does with his time.

If you really follow Adam, you know this is what he does, are you blind and deaf. Don't you ever hear him talk. There is absolutely nothing wrong with anything I said that he does. We all do the same things in our every day life. I have every real idea what Adam does, I believe him when he speaks of it. You just are trying to make something out of nothing. We do know what he does, he lives like a regular human being.

I can never see or read these Ig pictures or enlarge them enough to see or read.

3.40 he different from you he a nice does not run people down. He makes several million dollars a year and does not do that by doing that crap you stated all day. Sure some times certainly not a daily bases. You have no idea how long he sleeps are anything else. I think Adam has been quite busy lately. In was In Sweden you were saying this stuff because you could not physically see what he was doing. He was in Sweden two months working on his album. Same couple people started u dint see him doing much he was in the studio which I am sure he still doing. While your running Adam down he accomplished lots if things we've seen that many times. Stop worrying about Adam he just fine. He has a big tour to get ready for and an album to finish.

The person @3:25 said probably? Just guessing you know, otherwise it would be kind of scarey and would have a very stalker like feel to it, for anyone to know that much about a celebrity and admit to it, if that is the case; all I have to say is, "Security".

Adam has always said the likes to be busy doing something constructive. Working on his music. Meetings, sessions with his trainer, visiting friends and family, networking obligatons, and so many other things we know absolutely nothing about.

With the upcoming Queen tours; he will be very, very busy. I always hope for him much happiness and down time whenever possible.

Sounds to me as if the poster @3:25 was describing him or her's own day; that is ok, everyone is not a famous celebrity with precious time to use the best way that they can, and squeeze in something besides work whenever they can!

With all due respect; why don't you let Adam handle his own relationships; he seem very happy now; so I would not worry about him. As a matter of fact; he may very well be in a relationship; as we no very little about his private life or potential relationships these days; and I hope it stays that way!

Time to be concerned about "your own" relationships with a men or women!

I hope he is not in a relationship, he is going to be gone all summer, then finishing his album, then touring for a couple of months. It would be a lousy time for his partner.

Well if I really don't want to know what Adams is up to I just read some of these posts. I don't even know how my neighbors actually spend their days, let alone a celebrity spends his. While I'm sure Adam does eat and sleep, I am relatively sure I know little else as do others. But then it's fun to see the cat fights that occur . Cheers everyone. AscAdam has said it's not that deep.

I saw Adam today at a restaurant on Melrose with couple of his friends, male and female, and he was on the phone talking about his new upcoming music while waiting for his lunch. ;) That was in the afternoon. I was with my friend and didn't get a chance to talk to Adam. ;)
