Once again watching yet another joke of a "music awards" show & scoffing at all of these completely overrated "artists". How is he still not a major force amongst this group 5 years later. Biggest mystery ever. Just so wrong. Turning off & watching HGTV. BTW he looks soooo fine.

I agree. He needs to forget about the politics and concentrate on making people love him. I must say he looked just fine except for that nose ring. I just can't stand it on him. That belongs to a punk rocker half his age. I still love him more than anyone else in the music business now. He truely made me listen to music again.

the only thing I can figure, with regard to why Adam isn't the No. 1 artist of all time, is that this is obviously a country full of tone deaf people who don't recognize talent when it is standing right before them...

As great as Adam looks, and as great as he sings, he had no reason to be nominated for anything. He was not over looked, they let him present, walk the red carpet and was interviewed. He has not put out any new music for over 2 years, not even a single. If he had done a couple of singles, more than likely we would have seen him up on the stage performing. He does not have to complete a whole album, until he is ready to.
The only new songs he did this last year were covers. Queen is giving him a huge boost in his career, to get his name and talent out there, after that he is on his own. I wish him all the success in the world, he has a great talent, and I want the world to see him and hear him, I am only talking about Adam, and not discussing other singers who might have taken 5 to 10 years between albums. Adam needs some current music out there, if only a couple of singles. I know he could have done that last year, and he might have been on the stage tonight performing.

if they would get their head out of the asses of Katy perry, miley cyrus, rhianna, justin timberlake and the list goes on. Artists who are overrated and don't have the vocal chops that Adam Lambert has.

As I keep repeating, he has no new music. How can he be nominated for anything, or be asked to perform. He knows this, and still chooses to do it his way. He must be satisfied with things, and is not really asking for more.

It's not rocket science, to figure it out. 1 and half years and not a single. Adam is not stupid, he knows that he cannot be nominated for anything, without a new song.

I think Adam's favorite color is green. His closet must be full of green shirts and outfits.

Hey and even his hair was green not too long ago. Loved the color of his hair tonight.

Adam looks so handsome..love this

Loved the color of Adam's hair and the suit he was wearing...very classy with the Versace shoes. Even though he doesn't have any new music yet, there is nothing wrong with being seen at a music show, even though it wasn't really much as far as the awards go. He worked with Pharrell so maybe he was there for him. Hopefully when he does have a new song out, iheart radio will play it.

I wish the woman interviewing hadn't interrupted him. Just mentioned he was working on a new album and I think he was just getting ready to mention the Queen tour when she jumped in and kept talking. The Queen news is important!

He looked SO FINE in that suit and I love the goofy shoes. He always pulls off stuff like that very well.

Did any of you see the statement that Adam made( taped before-when he had on the blue leather jacket?)It was posted here( just the pic)a few pages ago.He talked about when he first came to LA,his tiny apt.,etc.He said some more,but was glad he didn't give up on his dream.He looked much better than in the pic posted on this site.This was close to the end of the show.I'm glad I didn't go to bed before seeing it.so handsome in both outfits.His suit was more of an olive green on the red carpet,etc.tonight.Some of the pic's colors didn't show up correctly.

The only reason I mentioned some of the things about Adam, was that fans are continually saying things are not fair, and they never pick Adam to perform. I was stating why he is not picked to perform.
I noted tonight , that you definitely don't need to be a great singer, or even good looking
to be successful. The performers I saw, just had a catchy tune, that young people can dance to. Nothing was outstanding in my opinion. It just seems to be the luck of the draw, as to what will catch on. A very hard business to be in, with many heart breaks.

6:50 pm Comments tearing down other artists do not raise Adam up. It's just hateful and pitiful. You cannot make people prefer Adam to Justin Timberlake or Katy Perry. Everyone has their own opinion. Not everyone has the same taste in music or singers. I think Adam is exceptional, but I have been unable to convince anyone in my family or circle of friends to agree with me, and I've tried for 5 years. He just doesn't appeal to them. I didn't see one performer tonight who appealed to me. That's my opinion.

My Grandpa in the Easter parade. I daresay Adam's mother now looks younger than Adam. His management has turned Adam into manufactured - mainstream so he will appeal to more people and I guess he does. The glasses and shoes are cool though.

Loving the fact the Adam choose to wear the same shirt when he performed with Queen on iHearts stage in Las Vegas last fall. I love his ironics ;~}

It's very nice that he was asked to present a group to sing. It's how the business is, need to be seen all the time to keep your face out there. I have no doubts that the industry is aware of Adams extreme vocal talents and uncommon charsima, the thing that you must remember is he is in it for the long haul not some over night sensation that usually fizzles in short order. There are many good singers out there, Adams star will shine bright when the time is right.

BTW the awards over all sucked, am I right.....yawn.....Sorry no other way to put it, They had some pretty lame categories that had nothing to do with music or talent. I think not being nominated wasn't such a big deal if you think about. Let's hope if there are future iHeart awards that they are alittle more stimulating and relevant to the performers who deserve accolades not the fluff stuff.

I do have to say I love Rhianna's song Stay, however, I feel Adams rendition was much better.....Should of had a category for that!!

On to bigger, better and more important things.........Summer concert with Queen!!!! New music coming!!!! There that's relevant.....

Three hours for the iheart show was much too long. Except for seeing Adam, I switched on to something else to watch. He looked so gorgeous on the Red Carpet...best dressed for the evening. Even if he doesn't have new music out, he is visible to the viewing audience mentioning that the new album is coming soon. The music industry today is a tough one and no one knows what song will become the hit of the moment. It's just a gamble that may or may not pay off. I believe Adam will have longevity in the world of music because he is so talented and has a mesmerizing stage presence. I would love to see a Broadway production in his future also. But right now it's the Queenbert concerts and the release of the third album.

I find it absolutely ironic that Rhianna won the best song of the year for Stay. Adam covered it a few times and the critics went wild and said his version was so much better than hers. Anyone agree with the irony?

No, I don't, it was her song, she recorded it, it sold, she deserves her award. Whether I preferred Adam singing it has no relevance. He didn't record it. In the long ago, a song was recorded by several artists, the best seller won.
That seemed more fair to me, but those days are gone.

By now everybody in music business knows who Adam Lambert is (even the other Adam L... Lol!) and they also know about his pipes... and many many are intimidated cause everything you need in entertainment business Adam has in abundance....It's a taunting combination to be soooo perfect in so many ways!
