I used to have wallpaper just like that (but paler blue) in the early 90's....
This is now on my desktop. Wow- this can't be art, can it?
JAK here....obviously Adam depicted as French royalty.
The fleur de lis and the azure blue are the emblem and color of the French heraldry.
Whole lot of symbolism going on here.
