Love these tweets. You could really feel the love the audience gave and they really joined in to sing along with Adam. They were so connected to QAL!

New fans who didn't even know Adam are now onboard. He is just magical. He grabs hold of you and won't let go.

Read on AO about a "soft" release of a new Adam song. Not technically a single, but a song to create some pre-album buzz. Shosh tweeted it. Any other info on this?

So thrilled for Adam and all his new fans! Adam's warmth radiates love that everyone can feel including his band mates plus Brian and Roger of course.

I'm also getting very excited about hearing Adam's new song! Please, please just a little sound bite!

I haven't see anything about any type of release of a new song for Adam. If she did, she deleted it.. She was talking yesterday about listening to a new Adam Lambert song, she loves it, etc.. (It is posted here on an earlier thread...). I just checked and she actually did delete some tweets that I had seen, including at least one that I had posted.. And a couple of more that I'd seen but hadn't had a chance to post here.

In another deleted tweet, someone asked Shosh if Adam would be releasing a single soon (because of the song that Shoshanna was listening to..), and she said (paraphrased) that they "can't release a single until there is an album to chose from"...

So not sure what they (people on AO) might be referring to based on those tweets from Shoshanna, at least the ones I was aware of... Perhaps just speculation on someone's part???? Reading between the lines??? (which we often like to do :)))....

ALTHOUGH.. Adam's first single from his "Trespassing" album ("Better Than I Know Myself") was released a full 6 months before the album itself was released, or even completed, so hmmmm...

I'm personally thinking a single release in a couple of months or so... With the album after the beginning of the new year.. But ???

glitzy, Thanks for the added perspective on this new possible release. On AO it what referred to as "soft," which is a new term to me. I agree that it's more likely that we'll see something new around the new year.

BTW, there was an interesting article in the Chicago Tribune (I'll try to find it) about the fact that singers put out far fewer albums in a given period of time than singers did in the sixties, seventies, etc. Since about the nineties, singers take a lot longer to put out an album, even with the more advanced technology which should make it easier to do. Even the top names like Gaga, etc. don't always put an album out every. Back in the Beatles decade, big groups often put out two or more albums a year with singles all over the place. Interesting. Different world now in many ways. Maybe someone else here also saw the article.

She also answered a question re "new single"? "Not until the album is finished."

BUT it occurs to me that he was working with Nile Rogers, Avcii, and another band "naked Skulls" in a collaboration that will likely be released.. We also posted a thread about that a few days ago here. Perhaps that is the "soft release" that us being hinted at.. Guess we'll see..

I've been been away from my computer the past few hours (on my phone right now) so will take a closer look a little later.. :))

I'll be happy with any kind of a release if it involves new music with Adam!!!
