Would like to know more of this 'doll maker'... Are those ready made dolls (e.g. barbie's ken...) and they are 'made up' to look like Adam or is she/he making these 'figures' herself/himself?

Saw a pic that @Kardamdoll has also the Adam doll with the RED QAL top I longed for earlier...Nice!!!
