Let’s just take a moment to acknowledge the fact that Adam Lambert truly is a rock star. Sure, he had the rock and roll swagger down pat during his stint on American Idol
five years (!!) ago, and he’s got the voice, he’s released albums and
had hit singles, toured on his own and gotten his name into a few
headlines — some of them probably unwanted, but, hey, that’s rock and
roll too. But the man, now 32, spent a better part of this summer traveling the globe and fronting Queen on stage (seriously — think about that for a minute), filling the legendary shoes of Mr. Freddie Mercury. If you didn’t believe it before, you should definitely know it by now: Adam Lambert is a fucking rock star.
So here we now have a new interview with Adam, where he’s looking pretty suave in the studio with Ryan Seacrest. (Watch it above.) The important takeaways here: He’s signed a new label deal after parting ways with RCA, and he’s working on his third album with “an amazing executive producer.”
“I’m not gonna say too much, because, you know, I like to try to keep things under wraps,” Lambert told Seacrest, then joked: “I’m not usually actually that good at that, but I’m trying something new — the element of surprise in this post-Beyonce world.”
He did, however, give a few hints at his new label situation: “So, yeah — I’m working on this album. I’m really excited about it. I got signed to another label, which I’m not gonna reveal right now. But it’s a really good…deal.”
When asked by Ellen K. if there will be any collaborations on Adam’s third LP, the singer stated, “I think there will be, yeah. I’m working with an amazing executive producer. Again, I can’t say too much, but it’s gonna be really good.”

"Let's just take a moment...", the first sentence...
I took that moment already back in Feb 2009, when I heard & saw Adam the first time as he SAAAANG 'Satisfaction'...
From that moment on he's been my Rock God, Adam F. Lambert, the world's nicest badass Rawk Star with the most nuanceful, beautiful (the tone) and 'bendy-est' (sorry, lol this word & sp!) VOICE of this century! One in a billion, definitely!
