Not quite sure what the artist had in mind, but the little birds , who flew onto Adam's hands, reminds me of the two little birds Sauli has tattooed on his chest.

Anne Marie..I think its a take on the photo shoot Adam did a few years ago for the beautiful people edition of some magazine....where he was dressed in white with the cockatoo on his shoulder and the spiked hair.
