Grammy-nominated pop singer Adam Lambert has inked a record deal with a new label, in order to release his upcoming third studio album.
This news was revealed via an article in Billboard Magazine. While he did not give away too much information regarding his new deal, the pop star noted that he is working on his album and he is thrilled about the project, especially since he is working with an "amazing executive producer," so the end result ought to be promising. He had previously parted ways with RCA Records, despite his sophomore studio effort Trespassing being a chart-topping album on the Billboard 200 all-genre charts.
Lambert just wrapped up a tour with acclaimed rock band Queen, which included a stop at New York's Madison Square Garden. He was joined onstage by Lady Gaga at their concert in Sydney, Australia, who sang "Another One Bites the Dust."

Actually, what Adam says is true about he is not good at keeping things under-wraps...only his own things though; with other people involved say QAL, he didn't breathe a word until Dr Brian and Roger finally did. He is a very respectful person to others' works and decision-making. And that's how Adam won over many Queen fans, they don't find him trying to usurp another's name/position. I guess that's why I am able to relate to him because I too, demand a certain standard of ethics; apart from his God-blessed voice.
Okay back to Adam's signing of label...more than a year ago, I already knew say, 80% sure, he had already done so. I mean how could he have said he would be releasing his new album, end of this year or beginning of next year, if he didn't have a label...that was a definitive statement regarding the label.
So, next, what will his first song and when...my guess is probably pop-rock which will grab people's attention, as a single to pave the way for his album; has to be before his QAL or oooh-la-la Dr Brian may be his band and then allowing him to sing it on his QAL return. Yea the Return of the Three Musketeers lol! Mmm, Open Sesame...his treasure trove will be revealed with lots of shimmering gold nuggets.
