It was just rumored: See our 24/7 post from early yesterday to see the source(s) of the rumored appearance... It made sense and would have been an awesome opportunity to them to promote their UK and European tour early next year..

Too many rumors flying around these days. I read Dr.Bri's comment and I got the impression they wouldn't be on this weekend he didn't actually say never. JMO
So, this means that they won't even be on the show at some future date? Apparently not. Damn. This would have been such great exposure for Adam. Oh well, there is still a big tour ahead. Look forward, not back, as my mom used to say.
The rumour was never that they would be on the next show, the 2 acts have already been announced, 1D is one of them....but then because the theme was changed to Queen v Michael Jackson people thought they would be on....
Hopefully they will be in the next few weeks..
Plus isn't Brian in LA at the moment for the Rock awards thing?
