For someone who has so little , she sure likes to show them off.

Miley has great boobs (and figure) - the closer to the bone, the sweeter the meat - although there's no need to expose them for the great unwashed to see.

Grow up Miley it's just for shock value. We all know what's ya got!

We come in all shapes & sizes. Just because Miley's chest isn't big doesn't mean she doesn't have a very nice figure; that being said, I think it's too bad that entertainers think they have to take off most/all of their clothes to gain attention when their talent should do that for them.
