I am so glad they were able to get off by themselves and have a nice vacation. I knew all along that they were a bit more than friends. Too bad their work keeps them separated, but hope someday they can work that out. Sauli said "Love is forever"
Now they have another separation, with Adam going on tour, and Sauli said something about the probability of more work in Finland. After this quality time together again, it will be hard to part. Sauli is such sweet and fun guy, a perfect match for Adam.
Might be Sauli can go to a Queen concert in Europe. I wish them both happiness in their lives, hopefully together. Who knows they may have already worked out a plan for the future, where they can be together. Real love doesn't happen very often, I think they have found that out, during this 2 year separation, even though they were meeting from time to time. Sorry, I am the forever romantic. :)

Hey, wait a minute, is this a hoax from Adam and Sauli, Adam doesn't have his sleeve tattoo. Is this some old pictures put together. The one of Sauli standing on the beach in blue swim trunks, I thought I recognized from before. Maybe that isn't where they went.

What a beautiful vacation spot!!!! Two very beautiful men enjoying what looks like a perfect vacation......together :))))

Both have been working hard so this time is well deserved. I hope they both find happiness in their lives.

Can't help but wishing a picture of them together... (just wanting something totally beautiful and handsome to look at...)

Unfortunately all is blank (if not on Instagram), in place of picture; was able to see most on Atop.

Actually, even when they were together, they didn't have pictures touching each other. I can only remember 2, one was at the beginning of their relationship, and it looked like Sauli was sitting on Adams knee, and they were both looking at the camera, forgot the title to that picture. The other one was also at the beginning of their relationship, and Sauli tucked his arm into Adam's as they were walking from a restaurant. Adam told Sauli they don't do that in the US, people just hold hands, apparently Sauli was doing it the way a couple would in Finland. After that most of their pictures they would walk side by side, Sauli said absolutely no pictures of them kissing in public. There is one, and someone sneaked a picture, when they thought they were away from other people. Sauli was very shy of the cameras, when he first came to the US, they don't have paps all over the place in Finland.
They must have had this vacation planned for a while, because Sauli said after his TV show ended, he was coming here for a short holiday, and then back to Finland for Christmas. I know there were comments about it was a long way to come for just a few weeks. Now we know why, it was important to him.

I only meant I would like to see a pic where they are next to each other, just in the same pic. This to clarify my post @2:08. I respect their privacy, and am totally happy with whatever these guys make public for us to see. Have the utmost respect for both of them. But can't deny that the thought of them together on a holiday makes me utterly happy!

This is highly preferable to seeing all the shots of Adam with random people. I'm glad for the two of them that they can be single and still reconnect for an amazing holiday. Must be something there, as both men, Adam especially have met most of the guys in the free world, and still choose to share an amazing vacation with each other. They worked hard at their respective careers this past year and this little glimpse into their personal and private time was a nice thing to do for their fans. Just my opinion, constantly being on display has got to be difficult, but necessary with public careers. More power to them.

I figured they were back, and then posted the pictures, that way their privacy was assured. I hope they see the nice things their fans are saying about their time together.

Someone said that they would rather see these pictures instead of shots of Adam with random people; all the people that Adam take pictures with; may be random to otheres; but, to Adam, many of them are his friends. Fortunately, no one gets to pick Adam's friends but him!

Personally, I enjoy seeing Adam having fun and enjoying all of his friends and acquaintances; including Sauli. What, and whomever makes him happy is the important thing! It's his life!

I think we all love keeping up with Adam, or trying to!!!

Seems to me that when you've been romantically involved with someone and then you break up but choose to stay friends, the relationship can be much more relaxed. The pressures of being a couple are gone. You can just enjoy each other's company without the complications of being a couple. We don't know what their status is as just friends or as a "couple," but it's obvious they really like each other's company and want to get together from time to time. Love that close-up of Sauli. He is a absolute doll.

So glad to see him continuing to enjoy his beautiful life. He is such a wonderful man! Sauli seems to be happy with his life too. Glad they remained such good friends; or whatever the case may be.

I'm only here after all family is gone.... I can't imagine checking in here or updating photos while family is around... following adam is a fun distraction not a priority.... especially on Christmas....

Looks like a great vacation with lots of fun sightseeing and delicious meals... glad they enjoyed....

Since the break up Adam has become extremely private. He's seen with a lot of friends and there has been a rumor now and again. What I find interesting is Adam made a point of letting the world know they were together in Sweden. Now they both posted one pict a few days ago, making many think they were together. Then they both confirm it. Not sure what it means except they are together at some point and they are telling the world. Adam doesn't play games with his fans. He wanted us to know about this shared vacation??? We'll see...

I am always rooting for Saulbert. I want both to be happy and if they make each other happy, then so be it. I always thought Sauli was the one who hold the strings in their relationship and he was the one to break up with Adam. Maybe Adam just can't quit Sauli so he keeps going back to him.

Threads about Adam's private life always attract far more comments than any other threads. As 9.39 PM said, 'We don't know anything' but people like to verbalize THEIR hopes & dreams for Adam's private/love life. Sheesh!!

It would be nice if Adam could have some privacy and not have fans speculating on where he is, who he is with and what it means. I sure wouldn't want that done to me.

I think what we ALL here would TRULY like for Adam, and for Sauli, (but speaking for only myself here) is for happiness for both of them, wherever that happiness and love comes from, either from the close friendship that we do know they have maintained since the official break up nearly two years ago, (they've both verbalized that close friendship more than once since then..) or whatever may happen in the future.. either together or apart..

I suspect they will always be friends in some capacity. Adam said at one point that he really knew what love felt like with Sauli, for the first time.. It was a beautiful thing to watch blossom and then perhaps "run it's course", as Adam described it, after they parted ways.. We know nothing of the particulars of "Why" and we have no need to know, nor is it our business to know..

I don't think any of us here have any false expectations for them, or are "projecting" our feelings, or dreams, on their relationship whatever it may be at this point in time.

I personally just feel admiration for the two of them, that they've continued to enjoy each other's company, remain congenial friends, at the very least.. and I think it's very very cool that they took this brief, and no doubt restorative, break from the very hectic lives that they both live.. Away from the fans, the cameras and the stresses of their lives in the public eye.

I've met both of these lovely men, Adam at a couple of (much too quickly over!) meet and greets, and Sauli very briefly and purely by chance at a couple of events, where I literally came unexpectedly face to face with him, including at the Divas show 2 years ago. They are both beautiful and gracious humans beings, from what I've seen of them over the past years.. I don't know them, obviously, but I certainly wish them both the very best that life has to offer..

Just loved that they shared the pics and hope we all respect their friendship and privacy now and in the future.. And wait and see.............................

I think there are people more interested in Adam's personal life - especially if it includes Sauli - than his singing career. Indeed more people post about it than anything else.

I'm a hopeless romantic when it comes to Adam and Sauli, I just can't help it. The fact that both of them prioritized each other during this very special time of the year says a lot. It was very quiet for a while, then we got some clues, and now they chose to give us glimpses into their time together. Sweet. They certainly didn't have to. I assume that Adam and Sauli would have stayed mum if things hadn't gone well. It will be interesting to see how things develop from here on as their careers won't make things easy for them. They must have gone through some valuable experiences since their break-up though. Am I invested in Adam's private life? I can't deny that I want to see him happy beyond his career in music :) Still, I understand that everybody has his own definition of happiness.

We see MANY things about Adam's career, but very little of his personal life any more.. as it should be as a general rule..

So when we get just a little glimpse of it, of course it's going to draw interest and comments.. Sauli was a very big part of Adam's life for over 2 years.. And many of us still follow his career as well (I know I do!), and like him on his own merits..

So yeah, this thread drew a lot of interest.. not surprising at all!!! And the pictures were wonderful!!! Gorgeous spot for a little time away..

I can assure you that Adam's fans, certainly the ones I know, and I know quite a few, are still very interested in Adam's career, and while we're at it, in him as a human being as well... I know I am anyway.. He's more than a "voice", at least to me...

It's perfectly normal for people going grazy over these pics of Adam's personal life...that's just how it is, when you admire and fall in love with someone on the public eye, you want to know everything and take whatever you can get!
Adam sings his way into peoples hearts, there's no doubt about it!
Sauli is more known for being his cute boyfriend, and boy is he cute!

Adam is more than a voice to me as well and he's a very interesting person but I'm not one to pry into his private life .... wanting to know his every move and wherever he is, with or without Sauli or another guy. That's his business, not the business of millions of fans.

I have to agree with 11:56, 11:12 and others with similar thoughts. I think it is a shame that people seem more interested in Adam's very personal life then they ever do in his music. He personal life should stay just that.

Not to worry about Adam and Sauli, they have figured out how to make an open relationship work for them.

I think Adam has shared with his fans a lot more about himself than many other celebs, that I know of. Maybe that's how he has gained a fandom, that is passionate about him as a person and about his life in total. That kind of fandom stays alive and loyal with him through his career and personal experiences that he wants to share with us. I thank glitzylady and all admins here posting all-Adam things, which really keep this fandom happy.:D

Sorry but, I find your statement ridiculous and a bit insulting to Adam. I know you said it is your thoughts; just giving my opinion about them.

First of all, we don't know who ended the relationship; or if it was a mutual decision. Also, you
could be way off the mark of Sauli holding the strings in the relationship and breaking it off with Adam. The statement that "Adam can't quit Sauli, so he keeps going back to him", seems to be the speak of a true Sauli fan. Please, last I heard; Adam lives in California, and Sauli came to Adam, if you want to get technical, js.

Getting back to reality, which you seem to have strayed from, Adam and Sauli seem to have a very caring mutual feeling for each other; both seem to be independent and very wonderful men.

Nobody knows what happened in the relationship, and they both seem to have grown since then. The important thing is that they both seem happy. For the record, neither of these men seem needy! So, speculation from people that know absolutely nothing about the end of their initial relationship; or where it stands today is pure rubbish!! You are entitled to your own thoughts and opinions, but don't try to display them as FACT!!!

Fans have always been interested in celebrities' personal lives as well as their talents. The tabloids and celebrity TV shows are full of that sort of thing. I love Adam for many reasons. His singing talent, his personality, his intelligence, his ability to articulate well, his sense of humor, his courage, his social advocacy, etc. The list goes on. His singing talent is the main thing, but it's one of countless things that keep me a fan. I do not apologize for wanting to know everything I can about him. He fascinates me so much. And of course I have a big fat crush on him.

In response to a previous poster's comment. I think what the person was trying to say, is that the ignorant remarks sounded like the person was a Sauli fan and not an Adam fan, on an Adam blog site. Not that all of Sauli's fans were like that; at least that is the way I took it. Sorry, but, I have to agree with the response from he or she.

Would love to post more about the subject but been thrown out from this thread like a million times... and have to start again. Let's what happens now... Probably too many instas and the same as pics <=> too much excitement for my poor mobile, lol!

I am an Adam fan and a Sauli fan. I am interested in all of Adams interests in his life. Of course his singing career takes priority, but when he shares parts of his personal life, I am interested in that too. Heck, he even shared his shoe size, among other things. What's wrong with being interested. Sauli caught us all a bit off guard, for the most part we had never heard of him, except for his fans he already had in Finland. Now we know he is a TV celebrity in Finland, he won the Big Brother show, he won the Ice Skating show
and for the last 6 months was the host of the Big Brother Show. Adam must have seen something special about him, as he encouraged him to come to the US after spending some time with him in Finland, and some time together in France. After meeting Adam it took 3 months before he made the commitment to come to the US to be with Adam. He shares parts of his personal life the same way as Adam does through pictures he posts, and some blogs and interviews. They are both interesting men, and it's been a pleasure following their lives and achievements and I hope they will both continue to give us tid bits of what they are doing.
That they took a vacation together, showed me that they are more than friends, my personal opinion is that they are soul mates, which is very precious, and hard to come by. I believe they respect each other, as I respect them both.

Well this wonderful vacation Adam and Sauli spent together made me feel atleast 10 years younger :D,funny I even danced in my kitchen making family dinner and THAT is extraordinary, ofcourse my life elixir originates from this very romantic looking ancient place where two of my favourite stars were having fun together! Hoping both guys had a terrific holiday, free from all the hoopla and season's stress.
Ex-lovebirds, ex-lovers, open relationship, friends with benefits, friends, soul mates...future partners in life... or whatever... Maybe they are just two gay guys living according to their own set of objectives, wants and wishes... something most of their fans have little or no experience at all...

Both guys needed and more than deserved a break, elaxation, a get away... My humble guess is Adam feels comfortable and at ease with Sauli. He said a long time ago that Sauli keeps him grounded (like his other long time friends, too). With Sauli it truly seems to be what you see is what you get, a sunshiny good and loyal friend and vice versa.

I said on an earlier comment, when I saw Sauli at Runyon Canyon that if Adam showed up, my guess was that he took Sauli's picture. Also that Sauli is possibly staying in Adam's home, at least until Adam leaves in a couple of days, for London. It was also my thinking that if Sauli does not go back to Finland right away, that he might travel with Adam to London, because Adam has a couple of weeks before the tour starts. Who knows what is happening, I know it is their business, but I am so hoping they are getting back together, in some way that works for both of them. I just want to see that love on Adam's face, that he had before, when he was with Sauli.
Adam has many close friends that he could have taken a couple of them on that vacation instead of Sauli. But he chose Sauli, to me that means something.

Sorry.. I knew too many vids can be a problem... Seems too many Instagram pics are also!!.. The screen shots should not be an issue..

The Instagram pics just kept on coming yesterday!!.. We've never encountered this issue before with Instagrams, but there's always a first time for everything! Too much of a good thing :))

They do cause problems on some mobile phones depending on the phone, etc.. I can delete the Instagram pics and leave the photos.. since they are basically the same things.. and as you suggested, post a link to Adam's and Sauli's Instagram accts for those who wish to see the original pictures, or comment or "heart" them.

I've been traveling today and finally got a chance to do something about it.. couldn't fix from my iPhone :))

Excuse me; but, that "friends with benefits" phrase is so juvenile and insulting to these two grown men! The kind of relationship they have is their own business! I certainly don't think someone should try to lower it to a stupid childish phrase!!

Perhaps the one thing we might have in common is the feeling that Adam can trust Sauli. Their relationship ended in one phase, but has continued in another. Just what the rules are....we don't know....but whatever 'benefits' they may share, Adam knows there won't be a money maker book out authored by Sauli.

Some things that appear clear and we can all possibly agree on...

The two of them are an item of some type.... Whatever they are choosing to be.
There is a certain privacy about it..... And there are some things that Adam and Sauli are sharing about their time together as well.

....Concepts that are all equally worth respecting, appreciating and worthy of interest.

I think we're all definitely wishing the best for Adam and for his happiness regardless of our opinions. And that's a wonderful thing to be together on.

This is the first time in a long time that Adam and Sauli are openly letting their fans know that they are spending the holidays together. What the future holds we don't know, unless they choose to tell us more. It is not an invasion of privacy to comment or talk about what they have chosen to let us in on. My guess is that they have had a quiet and peaceful time together, and they are not hiding it. They have made many fans very happy. Although some fans don't accept Adam choosing Sauli, who is one of Adam's closest friends, to take a vacation with. If Adam is happy, then that is enough for me, and many others.

Love and respect to both Adam and Sauli! Glad to see both of them had a wonderful Xmas vacation. They're both adult and they both very well know how to take care of their own personal lives as they do with their own public lives.

I'm commenting on the 5:40 pm post, I am one of the fans who thinks that Adam should not have chosen Sauli as a vacation companion...it does sent out a message that brings all kinds of crazy to this Blog...I've only recently been following Adam Lambert and when Sauli name is mention or a pic of him shows up on this Blog...the projection, the ignorance and the craziness comes out...I look at these two as on again/off again boyfriends a trend that some celebrities seem to be doing of late and I agree with some of you that Adam is comfortable with Sauli and that he trusts him...sometimes when a relationship ends another one begins, simply because they are comfortable with that person and trusts that person (that includes any benefits).

opinion should Adam have taken on this vacation? I have seen almost nothing crazy in the comments about Adam's vacation with Sauli.
Almost all Adam's fans really like Sauli, he lived with Adam for over 2 years. From what we know the separation was due to the working arrangements they both had. It caused too much being apart, according to Sauli.
I don't think they are on and off again boyfriends. The interest in the recent pics, is simply because they openly let the fans know that they spent the holidays together. There are many fans who are very happy about this. Sauli is well liked and has many fans.
Since the separation almost 2 years ago, neither man has shown any personal interest in anyone special. They both have had many opportunities, and each has many friends.

Don't you think Adam has right to take on vacation whom he wants? If he likes Ssuli's company, trusts him and knows that it's gonna be fun with him b/c they have done thar before, so why not? What/who are we to say with whom it is appropriate to spend your free time? Who do you think he should have chosen? Sutan, Markus Molinari, Bridger, Terrance, Tommy, Joey Gray, Matty Morbid?

I don't get you at all. Adam is over 30 years old "big boy" and is able to make his own decisions.

I'm glad he had a possibility to take a little getaway with a nice fellow, who sometimes "knows him better than himself" as he once stated. He will have busy weeks ahead.

Lori, you are correct, talk of Sauli does attract the crazy and the projection.

Some typos at 8:51 PM (big fingers, small phone): "Ssuli = Sauli, thar = that" etc. And I meant he said once that Sauli sometimes "knows me better than I know myself".

Well I like these two together. I want them to get married, adopt babies and live happily ever after....It could happen!!!!

Lori, it's just talk of allowing differing opinions here. Anytime someone says anything off the preapproved script they get jumped on. It's an "I demand my right to my opinion but you can't have one that differs from mine" type of place.

@ Glitzylady, As usual you mirror my thoughts about Adam & Sauli,wishing them the best, wherever life takes them. I've always had so much respect for Sauli,loyal and trustworthy, along with putting up with many negative, hurtful insults attacking his motives and character which obviously were untrue. He's done well with his own career and has always been his own man. Adam is careful when it comes to personal relationships and you never hear of anyone romantically involved with Adam discussing their personal relationships. I'm glad that they continue to trust and value each other and were able to have this personal time with privacy. They certainly deserve to have that time like anyone else. Sauli is also looking very good! Hope everyone had happy holidays!

Maybe Adam will take some "less dangerous" friend on vacay next time and we will see how our opinions differ and how long the thread will be. Maybe it will be next time the Prince Charming who weeps Adam's (and his fans) off his feet and all are happy. Wisful thinking?

I love Adam's way of doing, what he wants and he really doesn't care one bit, how much some people don't like his choices.:D:DI don't mind at all differing opinions about Adam's companion for their vacay, To me Sauli is a perfect choice!!! And I think he sweeps Adam's feet off the ground too and vice versa, having fun with this thought:)))!

I thin some fans just forget that Adam is a person and he's just living his life, so happy that he lets his glamberts have a piece of it too. But remember, we are not watching a tv-show here, it's his life!
I think Sauli is absolutely besutiful and gorgeous...sexy, and a lovely lovely person as well!
Let everyone ship who they please in they fantasies, but there's no reason to fight about it. It's all supposed to be fun! And I think it's great there's action in this site for a long time!!

I think that in a long thread there are all kind of posts and different views and wishes and some have followed Adam longer than the other, maybe not knowing so much about him, I have never really understood that some think this is some kind of fighting to express what one thinks.That is normal in my life atleast in my own family, every one has a different point of view,some people can take it some not so well.

On the other hand,To me this thread is full of likeminded people and I enjoyed reading it after a long day. Different to,what I am used to at home and at work.

I agree though, that this is Adam's life and often think that his FYE song is fab as a song but it's not about his private life.

Ahhh... Adam is a grown man. Just as we can't dictate who our grown children pick as their partners or who they decide to holiday with, it seems even more ludicrous that some people try to do just that to our celebrity crush...

The bottom line for me, personally, is this:

Adam Lambert and Sauli Koskinen are both beautiful, sweet souls who are deserving of whatever happiness and love might come their way.

If they're once again, "together", wonderful!! And as Sauli says, "YAY!!" If they're just "very close friends", cool! We ALL need friends we love and trust, right??? And we all need some time off from our busy lives, no matter WHO we are...with someone we know and enjoy and with whom we can just kick back and have some fun with in a beautiful & relaxed tropical paradise.. Sounds good to me! (I'm on a short vacay in a snowy place right now..brrrrr!!!)..

I've been following Adam's career and life story for 6 years, and Sauli's for 4 (and blogging about then for some of that time :)) . I don't "know" them personally, but I do wish them the best things that life can bring them.

Really all that matters.. Healthy, love and happiness............ and I wish all of that for Adam and for Sauli, together or separately...whatever happens in the future.

@8:51 PM, above threw the name of Adam's long time friend, Terrance; who is like a brother to him in with a lot of others to try and make a point.

I personally, would not think it would be strange if Adam and Terrance were together on a vacation as friends, they have been to many places alone as friends; Terrance has a long time boyfriend. Whenever Adam is in need of a shoulder and a true friend and confident with him; it has always been Terrance; and they have both been quoted to say that they love each other as brothers. Adam has also been very close to Terrance's Mother and vice versus! Just wanted to point that out!

Pointless to throw a bunch of names of Adam's friends AND acquaintances around and try to compare them with Sauli; they all have difference meanings to Adam.

Also, he can pick his on relationships in his life; and what they mean to him; no one else's business or right to do so!!

Just knowing Adam and Sauli vacationed together in Mexico and went on a Christmas day hike in the Runyon Canyon together makes my heart happy. I think they're both fantastic, sexy guys and seem so well-suited for each other. They handled their breakup with a lot of class, which makes me respect them even more. I'm not going to pretend to know the exact nature of their current relationship, but think they're both awesome!

I think this was a nice thread. Agreements or disagreements all allowed. We had a subject that inspired many comments. Good!

The year is coming to an end with Adams career going strong. I am REALLY looking forward to 2015!

Here's what I'd like, The NYE concert to be the be all and end of all concerts. Everyone to be happy, that includes all of you, also Adam and Sauli and that we all have a fun and safe NYE.

I just hope there is this much enthusiasm when Adam's A3 drops; that's the time we are all going to have to put our money where our mouth is!! We are going to have to let our fingers do the dialing to radio stations and to the media in general. In my opinion, no matter what anyone says, it can't be worse than being silent about him and his album. We were instructed to do that before so not to upset the radio stations; it didn't work then and it won't work now!

With the radio stations he visited and time spent travelling and entertaining on each; it did not seem to make a difference. I am going to help promote him anyway I can as a fan; gifting and by word of mouth. Can't wait until his album drops! Look out world!!

I feel the same, time has passed really quickly in my life too and this time together here on this site today gathering around this topic(pics of Sauli and Adam vacationing together) feels special to me. There is a Finnish saying "The sugar is in the bottom of the jar" and now our "sugar" is at the end of this year and we are all anticipating to see NYE in London here from vids and YTube. YAY!!
I believe next year is going to be extra special for all fans and I hope to be able to see it too:D! I love Sauli very much and enjoy reading nice things about him and Adam. Thankey all.

I am proudly and passionately a Finnish Adam-fan and I want to say, that we Finns have a Great summer song LMD and Adam's succesful concerts in Finland lasting in our memories forever after both albums, only to say the last successes. Thankey for Adam! If we try and wait patiently, Adam will release an exciting album for us, when he is good and ready with it, A3! I'm not rushing it, soo much happening before it! I wish Adam will enjoy living these incredible times too.

Sauli-and Adam-thread combined is one great promo in itself in my humble opinion, especially, when this long and nice. Sauli has also always been a wonderful promo for Adam in Finland, many fans found Adam "through" him. I'm not forgetting fans since the beginning from Idols. So this all is only good promo!

That's how we Adam fans got to know Adam's boyfriend Sauli (yes they are still together...I don't believe for a minute that they were ever apart) I do wish they would stop playing games and just come right out a say they never really broke-up....it was all a ruse and start taking pictures of them together like before...and I believe they are together in London as well...now all you Saulbert's can celebrate.

In my life experience it's not obvious to be happy and find real love. I just hope the best for Adam and Sauli for they are both precious people. I don't take anything for granted any more like I did, when I was a child, therefore I must say these vacay-pics woke me up big time about their possible feelings to each other. If there is something going on, I just wish luck from the bottom of my heart.
