WOW! What fantastic comments by Brian for Adam!!!! Somehow I missed this interview originally but I'm sure glad I've heard it now.....simply amazing how Brian respects and loves Adam...as does Roger too. We all know how Adam feels about them....he's honored to share the stage with them. Just a match made in heaven.
Yea exactly right; we have been saying this for the past 5 years. At the beginning, I was questioned, sometimes hammered when I spoke like that especially the Freddie portion and I still scale back due to my respect for Freddie, his unique talents and perseverance. I also watched a video posted here with Rob Cavallo saying quite about the same thing that Adam can sing all the notes of the guitar, lowest to the highest and said that is special. By the way, Rob Cavallo may have a hand in Adam's signing with a label; may also be a label under the umbrella conglomerate of WMG where Cavallo may or may not still be the Chief Creative Officer.
I can only imagine the awe and pride Eber and Leila must feel, seeing their son so successfully touring with the legendary Queen who were icons of their generation. This is one of my all time fave interviews. Brian May's glowing words regarding Adam were so heartfelt and a real credit to Adam.Adam's talent and smoldering sex appeal is what grabs us, but it's his beautiful spirit that keeps us.How could anyone knowing Adam not be totally smitten with him?
Brian says Adam is God-sent...maybe it's Freddie behind the sending lwl! We really don't have a clue how the heavenly protocol works, do we. But I think Brian is right because he feels it in his mind and heart having worked so closely with the God-sent singer to him and Queen; as he says they had more or less thrown in the towel already. Adam came along unexpectedly and picked it up, wiped the sweat on his face and hung it up. By the way, when Adam was in Singapore doing the Trespassing concert which I was present at, he wiped the sweat on his face, very hot here. Then he flung the towel into the audience; everyone rushed and a girl got it and held on to it for dear life. lol! Alas the news reported the next day, she had sustained a swollen ankle; her price paid for that sweaty Adam towel. lwl! I was seated midway in the audience or I too might have rushed; his DNA on the towel. lol! Sounds a bit one screw loose...aren't we all a little or a lot. lol!
Just about every word spoken by Brian on this video is quote-worthy. He just says it all in a wonderful, succinct and heartfelt explanation of how this all happened and how important it is to Brian and Roger individually and to Queen as a band. Gift from God is right.

Before watching the vid.... I see no quote?!? Maybe my mobile does not show it? A pic or a capture missing?
Gonna watch the vid when I get home.

Brian and Roger are in love with Adam.
2:52 PM, I don't see a quote either.
I can't watch a long video right now and have no idea what this is about due to the bad post title.

Quote?
I didn't know accurate titles were so difficult.
I wonder what Brian and Roger said about Paul Rodgers when he was performing & recording with them.
4:24 AM, it was always positive and nice things. I read a few interviews from back then when this tour with Adam started.
Tickets still available for the QAL NYE concert .... Queen's official website tweeting about it.
@5:28 AM
Thanks. <3
