BBC One MUSIC Will be Live Streaming the Queen + Adam Lambert New Year's Eve Concert from Westminster Central Hall on December 31st, beginning at 6:15 PM Eastern, 3:15 Pacific in the US.. In the UK it will start at 11:15 PM and continue to 12:30 AM, with a break for Fireworks over the Thames River just before midnight in London.
