I think it is very thoughtful of Adam to acknowledge his trainer. It's possible that he sympathizes with him in some way. I'm sure there are some not so glorious moments when you're on the road during cold winter months away from home.
I was wondering if he's Adam's trainer. Do we know that for sure? Is he a trainer Adam uses back in LA, someone he is using while in Europe, or did Adam fly him over? Can I continue asking questions? LOL

Hi RosiePosie.... It seems that I recall another post from a man in LA that indicated that Adam "stole" his trainer. This trainer is also from LA as well.... So I'm assuming he's Adam's trainer and was flown over :)
His trainer from LA whose real purpose is more likely a gay drinking buddy. Poor adam is just too lonesome on the road by himself. I mean, get real, he isn't training for the Olympics. The two of them are at a Glasgow gay bar tonight.

6:45 PM Adam will be on the road 2 months. He is not naturally thin or an athlete, he has to work at staying trim. BTW he is also old enough to know booze has calories.

6:45pm .... So glad you're happy for Adam! The physicality of fronting a band requires a lot of endurance and being fit to do it well and perform at it the best way. Many frontmen and women hire personal trainers to go on tour with them. Fairly common occurrence. If Adam gets to socialize with his trainer then that's great, too. Wonderful that you want him to have a good time :).
Yes, RosiePosie... that landscape is pretty darn amazing! I've never been to Newcastle...looks fascinating, upscale and gorgeous - right on the bay like that. Would love to go someday :)
