And just to let you know, this is what Adam is referring to with his "golden tear tattoo" from nud_ink:

It's a TEMPORARY gold metallic tattoo..... :))

Finally, a face tattoo. Yay!

yada said...

.....Hi Kath. :)
Personally, I don't think this is a permanent tatoo. (I hope it's not? Why do anything to that incredible face? :))

.... I showed my daughter this pic.... She falls on the floor (Thud) with an "OMG", a silly smile and then says, "What has been seen... cannot be unseen. That should be illegal!! To be that gorgeous..." .....

lolol... ;)))

I don't know, a new type of art; remember reading something about the art before; and Adam had mentioned how beautiful it was when he saw some of the work. But, not sure if it is the same procedure as a regular tattoo, or if it is easier to remove! Pretty sure we will be hearing more about this type of art work, now that Adam has got it.

Wha...?? Seriously?
..... I'm wondering how it doesn't have the signs of a new tatoo.... Like red skin.... Healing... A bit of swelling around the edges...?

So, if it's real.... He's had it a while and we're just now seeing it? I wouldn't have thought make-up could cover it well enough; along with perspiration during performances, but I guess I'm wrong.
Stumped....

Anon 4:52.... Makes more sense with the new type of art. It does look like it could be removeable? Still in all, it's Adam's face... and his choosing. Thanks for the info! :)

Well he did follow that tattoo artist recently. At least it is light in color. :(

I don't think it's permanent. JMO. The photo is beyond gorgeous. Beyond.

yada said...

Thinking yes, Dee R Gee it's a real tattoo. But a different kind that isn't permanent.

Those lips...his eyes... all of it.
**Zowie**

Sorry guys for my ample posts....I'm berting hard! ;)

Not real. They are metallic body accents. Looked ut up. Loved the pic, thud is right.

It is a beautiful picture because it's Adam, not because of the tattoo. Please, please do not take that gorgeous face from us. It belongs to all of us now, Adam, and we adore it so much! (Thanks @6:04 PM for relieving my mind and making it possible to sleep.} I just wish all of them were removable. After he finished singing "Save Me." I could see tears glistening in his eyes. Now that's my idea of beautiful tears!

To be honest, I don't really see the tattoo.. I just see Adam and his absolutely perfect face.. ... This picture is positively stunning...

I wish MY selfies looked anywhere near this good!!! Close-ups??? Nope...

From what I'm reading, Adam's new tattoo is removeable I hope. Yes, of course, the picture of Adam is gorgeous and it is his face, but My God it's his beautiful face. Please let no more tattoos appear on that lovely face. I am trying not to freak out. I adore you Adam and will try to understand. (sob)

@nancdruuu2
We have the link embedded in the thread topic, just above the Instagram pic, describing Adam's temporary Tattoo...

It's a NUD Ink Body accent... definitely temporary...

Maybe Adam was testing out what he thought of a face tattoo.

Anonymous said...

Suits him. Too bad if it is temporary.

@glitzylady - Thank you so much! I definitely started to panic and started to research Nud Ink on google. Phewwwwww!

I just started to view the videos again and to my surprise saw the teardrop under his left eye! It must just stick on. I was also able to make a gorgeous, full page copy if the enlarged selfie. It's going on my wall tomorrow!

Anonymous said...

I'm pretty sure that is a real and permanent tattoo.

I wonder what sad thing happened that made him get it.

Anonymous said...

Looks nice. It's a temporary tattoo!

There was a contestant on Idol with a tear tattoo on her face - maybe 2 of them. Perhaps that's where Adam got the idea to have one himself.

I hope he doesn't get a permanent face tattoo. That would be tampering with perfection.

yada said...

Hmmm...After further inspection...
Is Adam also in his robe here?

Oh my.......................!!

Omg! Already have this saved on my iPad amongst my family photos. My family already knows I'm crazy (about Adam).

Slow down with the tattoos Adam! You're going to run out of prime tattoo real estate soon. You're young with a lot of life to live! Save some prime skin space for something epic when you're in your 40s, 50s and later. Imagine some new tattoo skill down the pipe line that you'll want to show off on your arm, back or chest. If you can't help yourself, stick to small personal tats in covered places that mean the most to you. Who knows what the future will bring in the art world of tattoos! I love the work you have now and look forward to future add-ons you choose to share with the world. Just put the brakes on for now and reflect on the art you already have. I'm in my 50's and am personally picky when it comes to tattoos and what they represent to me for the rest of my life. It's a promising feeling to be patient and know that I have the space for the right tattoo in the right place. You're looking good! Cheers!
