From Unreality TV

"Queen + Adam Lambert praised for NYE gig! Everyone on Twitter LOVED it…"

EXCERPTS from the article:

"Last night was just Adam Lambert + Queen starting the year as they mean to go on, and what a way for them to kick start the year, by ringing in 2015 in London. What’s more, the gig was live streamed around the world, thanks to the BBC."

"Live from Westminster Central Hall in London, Adam Lambert and Queen blasted out some of Queen’s biggest hits, prior to the New Year chimes from Big Ben. Then, after the celebrations of 2015 being brought in, Adam Lambert + Queen took to the stage once again for around 20 minutes to wrap their fantastic set up."

"It turns out we’re not the only ones who were glued to our screens last night, as fans took to Twitter to express how impressed they were with the gig, and some of them weren’t even fans… that’s just the power of Adam Lambert!"

"The praise continued to FLOOD in: “Watching queen from last night and got to say nobody can replace Freddie, but @adamlambert is fricking awesome #love it”."

"“No-one can replace Freddie Mercury, but @adamlambert makes it pretty damn close”."

"“Adam Lambert and Queen could be their Live aid relaunch all over again. I think Freddie would have been very proud”."

"“Brian May and Adam Lambert tonight on BBC1 bloody brilliant! Absolutely 1st class Queen! Freddie would be proud! You made my night”."

I got really good vibes yesterday on twitter. No surprise - they absolutely killed it! After being completely blown away by the live stream we watched the whole thing over and over again later on at night. What a treat!!!

It was an absolutely incredible show and I've re-watched it several times! It's getting in the way of RL today HaHa! Well worth it <333

I'm so glad the UK got to see first hand how talented and amazing our Adam is, and, the magic on stage with this collaboration.

It was obvious that Adam was having the time of his life and, that last 2 words of WWTC when Bri and Adam looked at each other and Adam was laughing for a second (there's a gif on an earlier thread) before singing "the world". Such fun!!

JAK, don't call yourself a geezer any more. Being a great fan of Adam and watching last night just reverse-aged you 25 years, you rocker you! WHAT A NIGHT FOR ADAM AND QUEEN! Gabi and CT, totally agree with everything you said. Just the BEST!

@ Laura xo....that would be great! Then I'd be the same age as my daughters.....since they are my BFFs we'd get into all kinds of mischief again! Some of it in London right near Big Ben!

btw....I started out with rock in 1955 when it was called rock-a-billy. That was the first time I met Elvis....a hillbilly if ever there was one!

@JAK .. I don't tweet either ... I just follow ADAM ... that's the only reason I have Twitter ... I like just reading all the twitter news when I get a chance to ... you should too ... I guess you could say I'm a 'lurker'? .. not a tweeter!!

Ladies, you don't have to have a Twitter account to follow Adam's Twitter and his tweets. You can do it here on this site (just click where it says Adam's Twitter) or from your computer, iPad, mobile etc. You just can't tweet him back without the Twitter account of your own. Hope I said this "right", I'm not tech savvy, don't use the right lingo.

Happy New Year!
