Okay, call me cold, but I don't understand. Can somebody please explain? Why do people stubbornly cling to the memory of someone who has been dead nearly 25 years? I don't think people act like that for kings, queens or even parents or other family members. We mourn them for a reasonable time, but we have to live without them and get on with our lives. What I'm trying to say is, I hope and pray that after this tour people (including Queen) will finally accept Freddie's death and stop making every concert a continuation of his funeral almost a quarter of a century ago. To not do so is sick.

Yes we will let him go!! For now! I hope this has been the break he deserves in uk. We love him here and its time his talent was appreciated.

Just a couple of thoughts...

I think most Queen fans are appreciative of Adam and his talent and for his helping to bring the music of Queen back to the arenas of the world to be heard LIVE.... Especially those who have heard this wonderful 2014-15 World Tour Live. Not the same as it was with Freddie exactly, and it never COULD be the same of course but still absolutely incredible.. I'm a (original) Queen fan and I was thrilled to be able to experience it live last year.. And hope to be able to again someday..

We can't change minds and it's not really our place to say they must do so.. The music speaks for itself, and Adam brings his own special flavor and (massive!!) talent to the mix.

Let's celebrate the awesomeness of Queen and their brilliant association with Adam Lambert! And let those who wish to continue to celebrate the great Freddie Mercury be.. There's a place in the ongoing history of Queen music for both..

Just one more thought...
I totally get why Queen continues to include Freddie in their concerts.. He was a HUGE part of the "whole" of Queen for many years.. And they of course miss him terribly.. He was love and he continues to be missed.. and mourned by millions. One doesn't simply forget or ignore a legend. Adam is not replacing him per se.. He is stepping in for him. And he's doing it perfectly!!! It makes perfect sense to honor his memory as they do by having Adam sing/duet with him, by Adam honoring his memory with the words he says during the concert.. By his thanking Freddie and Queen for inviting him to honor Freddie's memory.. And also by showing footage of him singing and the vids with the other men of Queen.. Freddie Mercury is still a vital part of them (even in death) and no doubt always will be..

Just when I think "How could QAL possibly get ANY better??"......

They were massively frickin' INCREDIBLE.
I was moved to tears several times during this stream..... Goosebumps upon goosebumps.......

ADAM. Adam was ALL OVER the place with his notes.... I think the space stations picked him up he was so high in the stratosphere!
His voice, his sound - So clear.... So bright. Extra texture and nuance.
Simply Ethereal.

I have to agree with Brian.... Adam has become almost god-like in his performance.

Roger, Brian, Neil, Spike, Rufus.... ALL of them were truly Magnificent. On-point at each turn. They proved, once again... That they ARE the Champions.

They KNEW where they were.... WHO they are.... And they KILLED it. I loved every second! So proud of them all.

The appreciative roar of that crowd was just Immense and super LOUD. I can't even imagine what that sounded like being there.... WOW.

I'm not sure if anyone else felt as I do about this Wembley event.... But, to me.. This concert seemed to have a sort of extra specialness to it. And all of QAL rose to the occasion. :))))

The down side to listening to this fantastic stream is how MUCH I was wishing I was there!!

And YES!!!!!!, I was totally wishing I had been able to be there.. It's the one I would have gone to if I could have gone to just ONE more...

They were completely ON every second..

And I had told myself I wasn't going to listen to the whole thing... Hah!!!

Do you know how many people were there in attendance, by chance? Even on the stream.... The roar of that crowd just seemed to go right through you. They were like a performance in and of themselves. Whew! :)

Listened to the stream audio again. From the start their sound tonight was so tight and commanding (in a positive way), OV and SCC showed how it's going to be tonight... I'm sure this gig was important and special to them all - you could hear it!

And Brian on the guitar! Sometimes it's truly mindboggling how he plays and sounds, hard to believe that all the sounds come from the one & same axeman! I've loved him from the start, the quiet looking tall, slim and the dark angelic long hair... The colour of his hair has changed, nothing else. Plus I admire him even more!
