Now this is the kind of photography that I like. It IS Adam, in all his beautiful glory.
YESSS!!

Totally different from Hunger, but both are Adam in different ways. Beautiful! He's my Icon.

Unbelievable gorgeous! Now if this is not one of the most beautiful men in the world; I just don't know who is!!

If Adam ever decided to take a break from music; he would make a beautiful model. Perhaps he can do them both!!

I would buy anything he is wearing; especially if he came with purchase! Better start saving now to get the first installment of one Billion dollars! That would be a bargain! Will never happen since our Adam is PRICELESS!!!!!

Rolling Stone USA where art thou??

These pictures are absolutely breathtaking. Adam with the puppy is so darn cute!!

I wish he had that little puppy, or one like it! I could just see all the puppy pictures now! He would probably have his own fan club; knowing we Glamberts!

Will this gorgeousness ever stop?
I hope not!!

More jaw dropping pictures. I eyes popped open and my mouth dropped to the floor. Just what a need for a wonderful booster to start my day!

Adam news just keeps getting better and better. Seems as though the UK falling in love with him.

I wonder if he would ever buy a home there? Just something that makes you go ah, ha!

It all depends upon how you define "Icon"..

With all due respect, let's just go with the magazine's definition of Icon (and cover title story) and ENJOY!!!!

Adam Lambert IS already iconic in some circles.. I don't believe they are speaking about Adam as a Music Icon just yet, but he is becoming Iconic in the Gay community.. And perhaps one day will be in the Music Community..

I've downloaded the cover article from the iTunes "Attitude Magazine" App, read it, and I have to say it's a wonderful, in-depth interview with Adam..

He brought tears to my eyes more than once...

It's a must-read... So much insight into just who Adam is now, 6 years after he became famous via American Idol.. And like most of us, he's gone through some changes... and much introspection...over the past few years..

I can hardly wait for the new music from "The Original High"...

Sorry, actually I meant to say I downloaded the May issue of Attitude Magazine.. in my comment above.. not just the article...

I love the interview! It is very introspective. He gives us new information on how he has felt about his life since Idol. Fascinating read!

This interview and spread is absolutely Fabulous.....

Adam bears so much of himself .... And his personal journey of growth as a person, and as an artist ... In a such a beautifully transparent, revealing and poignant way - so characteristic of him (and not one bit "ho hum"! Never).

It appears - now more than ever - He wants to be "seen" and known ... To connect even more with his listeners; to touch our souls with his art and his message ... And to those to whom he performs. It certainly seems that a major sense of Adam's felt joy and a major sense of purpose for him as an artist - encased within his boundless talent and skill and, Through endless hours of hard work and standard of excellence - is found there. What an incredible purpose. To want to touch people with your life's work.... To extend yourself for others' benefit, and for THEIR felt experience. It certainly seems that Adam is so far beyond simply expressing himself and putting his skills on display on this upcoming album. It's like he is almost saying: "Here guys... I am giving you a very special GIFT. One that I think you'll truly enjoy; one that we can share in together through relateable emotions, life experiences of ALL of us ... And one in which I want to touch your heart - leaving you better after hearing it .... And it's a whole lot of fun, too!"

I think Adam is maturing by leaps and bounds, and evolving profoundly as an artist. Yet, he is going with it - letting it happen naturally, organically, and choosing it - to stretch himself conscientiously. Doing it this way is part of what has, IMHO, kept him relatively grounded, and in-tact, and true to his own (and sometimes counter-cultural) values. Very smart, IMO.
He is being affably honest - transparent - and appearing quite courageous about it. He is on an iconic journey, IMO....and, I believe he truly will become a music Icon.

.... And My oh my oh my ---- these photos!!!!!

I don't even know what to say....

I am basically (almost ;)) Speechless in the viewing of his ever increasing; if it could even be possible?! - state of the art Handsomness. His facial structure & features (among other attributes, of course ;)) are to die for! How the man stays so humble ... It's a question for the ages. Lol

He IS simply Beautiful.
-- Through & through.

... And so now, after all this fanfare... Just when I think I've reached a peaceful agreement of terms with the patience of waiting for this album.... Ahhhhgggggh.

Ok. Here we go again.... Lol. Deep breath...

Sigh. ;)))))

...and I agree, 10:19AM :).

Rolling Stone, it's your turn.

Hmmm...I see I am completely out of step. I loved the scruffy bedraggled look of the "tough" Adam some threads back.....and don't like these!

C'est la vie! :-)

The behind-the-scenes video won't let me open it, either directly or via the link. Apparently I need permission to do so .... so why is it posted here?????? :-(((((

I definitely prefer these gorgeous, yummy photos to the scruffy, bedraggled Hunger ones, but to each their own.

@Anon 10:43 PM
The video was posted by a fan site.. Adam tweeted it, and then was apparently notified that it was not authorized to be seen on you tube yet..so he deleted his tweet..

The video is currently only viewable via the magazine digital download options listed here in the thread topic.. .

The video was blocked by Attitude Magazine apparently... I've heard it will be available to the general public next week..

It was posted here earlier today, while it was still available.. Sorry you missed it..

Freddie & Queen are icons and there are other icons. Adam has become an icon in the gay community. It's all good!!

Thanks glitzylady.

Adam Lambert, The Real Killer Queen!

And I mean this totally LOVINGLY, sincerely and from the bottom of my heart!

Anonymous said...

Adam has said on a few occasions that he's a queen so I guess the magazine decided to run with "Killer Queen" as per the song and Adam.

I'm puzzled by the "post gay". If that were true, it wouldn't need to be mentioned. Once there is acceptance and people are not introduced as gay, when sexual preferences are no longer of consequence in our society, then we will be "post gay."
