American Idol glam-rocking heartthrob Adam Lambert is looking good on the cover of Attitude magazine's May issue. Lambert spoke with the British gay publication ahead of the release later this year of his third album, The Original High, and talks about his personal evolution and his coming out.
While discussing his journey from "Idol to Icon," Lambert gives shout outs to fellow LGBT artists, and provided some insight on what it's like to be gay in the music world:
“I think with me and Sam [Smith], there’s definitely an understanding there, like: ‘Hey gurl, how you doing?’ [laughs] But you know, there’s only a few of us actually, on a mainstream level. I think we’re building a little clique, I hope, but I haven’t met that many. I mean, Elton John is amazing, what a sweetheart, and Boy George is also incredible. I’ve sat down and had lunch with him before, he’s so smart and has been though A LOT, and now he’s in a really good, healthy space, and loves music and is DJing and is still really connected to pop culture. He was really interesting to talk to.”

Yes, extremely handsome and modern; so most likely Adam is transporting us back to the future after that glorious 70's era. That's why it's interesting to follow Adam, he zaps us from olden bygone times to up-to-the-minute modern era. Actually it fits right smack into my time eras which seem to have whizzed past not exactly feeling them in great depth; so now I have to relive those times I let slip off and at the same time get entrenched somewhat in the present...getting the best of both worlds sort of, via Adam's singing, music, fashions, stage finesse, funny stuff etc.
@AttitudeMag
@glamberlicious @AlexanderMorner @adamlambert_pic Not at all. We don't mind the cover and 1 or 2 pics. X
In these pics, he looks like a rocker from the 1950s & 1960s e.g. James Dean, Fabian, Elvis et al.
Pic of Adam out tonight.

Someone needs to do a then and now of this picture of Adam laying down and the Rolling Stone cover
Love Adam's photo shoots . . but my favorites are the ones of him just walking down the street or shopping . . more natural and the concert photos showing him as a rock god
Here's the place to vote our appreciation for Roger.

Adam never ceases to amaze. This photo shoot and interview show an intelligent, articulate, deep-thinking, talented, handsome man in the prime of this life. When he opened his mouth for the first time on Idol, I gasped at said, "He's the one." Even through all the ups and downs, I still feel the same way. He's a very special person.
Just voted again for Roger. Thanks for the link, 6:45. We need the reminder.
@6:45 AM
Thanks for posting the link. I was just thinking about voting for Roger when I saw it! This round finishes on March 30. Vote every hour.

Damn, that cover slays me every time I look at it! One of his BEST looks, in my book. And the interview sounds just as interesting.
9:16 ... really cool info. Thanks!

@9:16am define gross please.
10:03 AM
Hi, I am not 9:16, but I will attempt to answer your question:
Gross income is the total money amount earned from the concert tickets; before taxes or any other expenditures have been disbursed to necessary participants involved in the concert activities.
I hope this explanation helps.
If anyone can explain it better; have at it!
10:03 AM, very simply, gross is the whole total, net is the gross minus expenses.
Thank you for the answers to the defining gross. Do you think that includes the souvenirs they sell?
1:52.....I think the list specifies total amount collected/earned based on the given ticket pricing and the duration/no. of concerts / not displayed but taken as a whole tour. By my understanding, based on given list, sales on merchandise/souvenirs are most likely not included; another category.
The QAL I was at was racking up the merch sales. Queen had some expensive items for sale besides posters and tees.
@8:18, I saw the same thing at the concert I went to in Chicago. The lines were so long before and after that we didn't end up buying anything because we were afraid we'd get back to my friend's house too late. Actually, it wasn't so much a line, but a throng!
