Brief Interview with Adam Lambert from MTV UK:

"The Glamberts Versus The Directioners: Who Would Win A Fan War?"
Adam was asked who would win a fan war between the Glamberts and Directioners (One Direction fans)..
Adams reply, in part: "The Glamberts would give you a run for your money. They're cleaver, they're very smart, the Glamberts..."

Wonder when we get to see the whole interview. You figure he didn't get all dressed up and mic'd to just answer that!
MTV is well known for splitting up interviews into little clips. Not much to wonder about.
I think I won't lower myself to get into that "fan war", but I do appreciate the video. Adam looks stunning and he figured out a way to be honest but say nice things about both fan bases and One Direction itself. Very smart, charming, and diplomatic :)

Simon Cowell put together One Direction... and he did a good job finding good talent, with both 1D and Adam Lambert

One good way to prove how smart we are. We picked Adam as our idol our heart throb. We recognize great talent when we see and hear it.
it was actually Nicole Schezinger who advised to put together these individual contestants from X-Factor UK as boy band.
She was one of the judges then and Simon took it from there.
