Last week we asked EF readers what
their favourite Adam Lambert song and Sleepwalker has emerged victorious.
With 21% of the vote, Sleepwalker
won by quite a margin with Trespassing placing in second with 15%. Sleepwalker
was taken from Adam’s 2009 debut album For Your Entertainment. Finishing in
last place was No Boundaries, which was the winner’s single for the year that
Adam placed second on American Idol.
Whataya Want From Me, Adam’s highest
charting single on the Billboard 100, finished in fourth place on our
countdown. We expected it to be much higher than that!

Wwfm is my fav,just magic.
I loved Broken Open which I read was difficult to sing, but, have always thought it would have done well for him.
I loved runnin which was not a single but I think should have been. I loved all on For your entertainment and I don't understand why Trespassing did not get radio play, much better than songs played on the radio.
I love Soaked though it was not a released single, also Runnin.
1:27pm & Jadam... I so agree!
Sleepwalker is no doubt one of my favs (live version, particularly), but Runnin... LOVE that song... is just awesome. I wrote that one in on the poll, and I also noticed it seemed many responses included it in the "which song is your favorite?" section... but I suppose it didn't get included in the results because it wasn't an actual single. :(
Hopefully, if by chance this information is being utilized for marketing and/or music production purposes, TPTB will take a not of it anyway about what listeners like to hear in their music.
Adam has SO many diverse and stellar songs that it is hard to choose, anyway. And, it seems anything he does live is like gold. When iTunes offered his Glam Nation Live collection... I was one happy customer. :))))
I love sleepwalker
Adam can just do no wrong when he sings anything. He made up a spur of the moment little song with Ellens name, that she had him do for a christmas show and he sounded so sexy; that she could not believe how good he sounded.
I loved so many of Adam's songs that never became singles; Shady, kicking in, - and so on and so on!!
For me, Sleepwalker took on another dimension whenever Adam performed it live. I love many of Adam's songs - unfortunately, my favorites were never chosen as singles.
I LOVE so many of the songs from this album, but I remember when he released just snippets of each song before the album was released and Sleepwalker was the only one I played over and over to write down the lyrics. Moody, mystical, captivating, amazing! Sooooo great I thought it should have been his first or at least second single.
Broken Open and Fever should have been singles, too. Ah, if only the money was there at the time...

Sleepwalker was definitely one of my favorites. I have got to sayi love WDYWM and IIHY was so good when he performed it live on the GNT. I loved any of his songs. My next door neighbors in a small and I mean small town in Texas 100 miles from Houston love Adam. My next door neighbors say he a great singer has some really good music.
That was WDYWFM correction his big single. Used to here people have that ring tone when it was real

The live version of Sleepwalker is incredible and my favorite. There are soooo many other of Adam's songs/performances that are beyond wonderful too, I just can't rate them. So, I'll just keep on enjoying them all. Lately, I've been revisiting the whole FYE CD..Sure are some great songs on that CD.
I never saw that poll. I do not like Sleepwalker. My favorites aren't even on the list :(
@Anon 5:34 PM
The songs listed are the tracks that were released as singles...but not always in the US.. I think so many of our favorites were NOT released as singles.....
What was your favorite song of Adam's???? Many of my favs are the live versions...
Gotta say, I think one of my all time favorite tracks on all of Adam's officially released albums is "Fever"... Love playing it in my car when I need a wake-me-up on my way to work!!!! Nothing like dancing in my car :)))
Glad Sleepwalker won. Adam performing it live during the Glam Nation tour was something to incredible to behold. Also a huge fan of If I Had You.
Adam has soooooooo many fabulous songs.
I think Sleepwalker was released as a single in Germany(?).
9:04 PM here
Should be "something incredible to behold".
I shall never forget Adam performing "SLEEPWALKER" on his Glamnation Tour-my all time number one favorite of his many songs. What a brilliant song and the way Adam walked down those stairs in that long coat-well, he took away my breath. Of course, under that long coat he had on those special leather pants with the lace up crotch and that coat would fly back with his dramatic antics and gestures of the lyrics and woah-there were those pants! Sorry-I digress-I was talking about "SLEEPWALKER"-what a song, what a song!!!!! Margarita Lady
Love all of Adam's songs. They are all so good can't choose.
Adam is looking and sounding so good lately. I suppose it will be hard to go back to his band again, after having the best of the best Queen, for a backup.
