Something definitely wrong with that article. I attended a Queen + Adam Lambert show where 15,000 people attended. My tickets were over $100. but say, for argument sakes, that we average the 15,000 tickets (all their shows were SOLD OUT by the way)at $80., THAT SHOW ALONE WOULD HAVE BROUGHT IN $1,200,000. And Queen + Adam Lambert gave more that 60 shows during their tour. IF (again for argument sakes only!!) 10,000 tickets were sold at each venue at a cost of $70. each x 60 shows, the tour would have brought in over $42,000,000. AND WE ALL KNOW THAT MOST VENUES THAT THEY PLAYED AT HAD WELL OVER 12,000 ATTENDEES WITH AN AVERAGE PRICE OF OVER $80. THAT WOULD THEN MEAN THAT QUEEN + ADAM LAMBERT TOUR BROUGHT IN MORE THAN $62,000,000.

2:23 PM again: I'm just realizing now that the article is probably giving a 'show average', which would then make sense!

They did very well is all I can about.

Most tickets were way over 70. I paid 160 with fees without still about 120. Was not front seats either. Around 66 I think that's minus one Adam was sick. That would be over 75 million. Only a ball park figure. They did very well and they are not finished just on hold for Adams music. There still Rock in Rio and maybe a bit of a South American tour. His album should be out by then. queen has helped Adam a lot the new and the old coinciding I think is will work well. Yes cannot wait for new single. I know Adam can't wait either.

I think all these concert figures are just taken from box-office sales randomly. Queen and Adam know it's not to their interest to release total figures of earnings...and what about merchandise after all these shows...that's another bountiful raking. I do think Queen and Adam raked in to a tune of 50-60 million gross. Just look at Adam's smiles lately...like a happy farmer after a bountiful harvest. Floating on air, even got into the wrong car and got off from the other side smiling ear to ear. lwl!

But don't forget...he worked until he fell ill but because of his strong constitution, he grappled the bull by the horns...no small feat, his QAL tour. Same goes for Brian, he fell ill too. Roger seems the toughest.

Well, I paid over $1000 for TWO tickets in the 3rd row at the LA Forum show! Yes, definitely scalper prices, but all of those around us had paid similar prices. But, I guess those prices don't figure in when these folks are calculating the numbers. By the way, it was well worth the $$$ to see QAL up close and personal for such an amazing concert! Loved it!

Yes, the title of this thread should include Queen i.e. Queen + Adam Lambert, not just Adam Lambert.

Whoa! One Direction at #1 did so well for a band that hasn't been around for long. O--O

Wow, he was not behind a minute ago; passing the other drummer now; thanks to Glamberts to the rescue. Pulled up that quickly; no one can stop we Glamberts! Don't stop now, this goes on until the 7th. We helped Brian; so let's get this one for Roger, he deserves it too!

Queen has really helped Adam; as someone stated; especially in the UK. But let us not forget, Adam has introduced Queen to a whole new group of fans; young and mature ones, here in the USA!

As far as Adam is concerned, the word to him from his Glamberts is: "Just call out our names whenever you need help from your fans, and we will be there!
Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall, all you have to do is call; and we will be there, when you need your fans!!! (Loved the premise of that Song by Carole King, "If You Need A Friend".)

The thing is; from this wonderful Adam Lambert Fan Base is, that Glambert's of all stripes and colors are way ahead of the game, in helping Adam long before he even thinks of calling. Adam knows this, and just LOVES HIS FANS SO MUCH; and the feeling is VERY MUTUAL!!!!

Adam is at the top of his game now; and the Glamberts will take him and The Original High and all of it's singles to the top of the CHARTS!!!. Calling on all GLAMBERTS to get ready, get set and let's go, April 21, 2015!
